Bourbon Street Bistro is a happening place! The bartenders are always there with a helping hand. The bouncers are there for your safety not to make you feel overwhelmed. Drinks are reasonably priced for a college town. One of the few places where you can see really good bands still in Auburn. Love this place.
Bourbon Street Bar has 3 floors. Downstairs bar is minimalistic, serving ~10 different bottled beers and ~20 liquors. Concrete floors and a small stage for bands. Bsrtenders were fast and responsive, but it never got very busy that night (UGA vs. AU 2015). Upstairs was a bit nicer looking, but I never ordered a drink there.

Bar was a cool place to hangout until all the undergraduates started showing up. Was later informed that graduate students/faculty/staff hangout elsewhere. Beer selection was just ok, bartender was nice though.
