Best place for original and unique flavored ice cream. We love the Apple Dumpling, Banana Split, Turtle Sundae, and Hot Fudge Brownie. These items are so delicious and we get full from their decent servings. The shakes are super tasty as well. They have cakes and other specialty items. No indoor seating. All seating is outdoors with ample parking. The staff is courteous and helpful.

We visit the Auburn location once or twice a week. I love the great customer service and the delicious ice cream. ❤️🍦

I’m at a loss as to why when a flavor is so popular you don’t make twice as much. Logic tells me you could make so much more profit if you did.

Cherry vanilla was with disgusting marashino cherries. Also, everybody's ice cream was half melted when served. Two oreo Blasts were soupy, like a loose milkshake. WHY; It was 76 outside. The names were better than any of the actual flavors. We won't be going back.

What a great ice cream!
If you’re craving for something sweet this is the right place.
Strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake. Super recommend!
Good price and huge ice cream, totally worth it.

Yummy Strawberry. It seems fluffier and creamier than bucket scooped ice cream.

Ordered drive thru with a large order (8 items) , after every order I was asked “anything else”. I proceeded to the window and she handed me my items without lids or anything to carry them with. Shakes were watery. And after asking for lids the ice cream was spilling off the sides without even wiping them off. I am a fast food worker and I would NEVER give out such poor customer service!

This ice cream shop has such a great variety of flavors. It was hard just to pick one scoop. I ended up having the turtle and also people with us got the salted caramel, and there was so much caramel and it was really good and some people got mixed ice cream overall fun hometown feel.

Stopped by Brusters on a Sunday afternoon. The young lady that helped us was very polite and helpful. They do have a few places to sit outside as there is no indoor seating. I ordered the salty caramel which I thought was very good. My wife got raspberry that she really liked. The price of the two scoops in a sugar cone being $4.39 was very reasonable as we have found in our travels that quality ice cream can be very expensive. The scoops seem to be smaller then the standard ice cream shop scoop. Our lower rating was because the ice cream was so soft. It was not even as hard as some good soft serve ice creams. We prefer a harder ice cream product, however as we already stated it was very good.

I usually don't leave reviews like this, but there was a young man there tonight, I believe his name was David, and he was just incredibly kind and helpful. My wife asked for a rare flavor and he was able to make it happen for her with no problem. If David's respectful nature and polite disposition are representative of this generation, I'm very hopeful for a better future.

Ordered chocolate marshmallow regular in a waffle cone. Ice cream was barely level with the top of the cone and extremely soft. I accepted it anyway and then the girl at the window hands me a wired “I-pad” to complete my credit card transaction and said “it’s going to ask you a question”. It was for a TIP! Please quit this mess.

They will not serve you if you are in line when closing time hits. If you don't make it to the window by the time the clock hits 930 or 10 you are out of luck. This could be solved by using a line cut off cone. Horrible lack of planning. Leading to disappointment of customers.Debated posting but closing has been an issue for some time. Never see a manager or owner in the shop at night. They put away fudge, Carmel, etc way before closing time. I get wanting to close up shop and head home... But there is a balance
