Tonight I ordered a Banana Split and a Strawberry Sunday. They gave me a Brownie Sunday and I told them I did not order that, I ordered a Strawberry Sunday. Then they gave me my Strawberry Sunday with the camel sauce I asked for but it was half the portion of the brownie Sunday and the Banana Split. That was wrong so I will not be going back to this location anymore. I paid the full price so should have received the full portion. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

Great ice cream! The ice cream has a rich and creamy flavor and the waffle comes are always excellent. The service is great and has a nice little area to sit outside and enjoy. Amazing place!

We love Bruster's! It's yummy ice cream! Had a good seating area and is always a nice little date! Definitely a fun place to go!

Waffle cone, 4 scoops, lime on the bottom, 2 scoops cotton candy on top, & whatever I’m feeling for the top flavor, I’ve gotten the mint chocolate chip, & the sugar free coffee on top, so good

This picture? Immediately after I received 1 scoop of ice cream. They said, "it's soft, is that okay?" I didn't realize that translated to fully melted, and not even a whole scoop. Not like it's super expensive, but you charge full price for this? Not to mention I could barely hear the girl working the drive thru anyway. Never once do y'all have all the flavors you list anyway lol. Why would you serve someone that? How is that acceptable? EDIT- The point is not "they would have given me another scoop" it's that I was served this in the first place. It was 15 until close, so no I did not ask for another scoop, because they were already out of the other flavors I had originally suggested. Disappointing that the first response to a complaint is "did you ask them to fix it?" When your question should be "why was this served in the first place".

Brusters has been a family tradition since we found the company 10 years ago. This location is not like others. Today I took my boys to treat them for their first day of school. We did drive through, and no one answered. So I drive to window, and the girl just stares at me, then turned to her coworker and called me stupid. What happened to the friendly service and bubbly attitudes?

believe me we come back again for a dirty sundae and a banana ? split that’s great ?

Very stingy with their scoops. Not like other locations at all. They messed up our order several times and when they remade it they barely put any ice cream in the banana splitNot sure how to reply to the business so I am just adding to original review. We ordered two nonstandard splits. Really just wanted the three scoops of our chosen flavors, a syrup, and whip/cherry. We didn’t want the other fruits but they both came with them (maybe we weren’t clear). We asked for one of them to be redone. It came back with the bowl 1/4 full. So maybe one scoop and some whip

I love brusters and always have - but there is one fact about brusters that remains the same - it is overpriced, so, when I buy a blasg for 7 dollars and get 6 m&ms I’m gonna be a little baffled. I love y’all to death but please don’t make me waste 7 dollars on something I can get better at Dairy Queen ?

I had the key lime pie. It was soooooooo good. I also tried the dragon fruit sorbet. Another can't miss. But the best response was from my dog was the pup cup, she gives it two paws up.

I love Bruster's ice cream. I get it a lot and it often makes my day better; however, my last two visits have left me very disappointed. The first time, I was given a "single scoop" in a cup, which could literally fit on my spoon. Tonight was the ultimate disappointment tho. All I've wanted all day was ice cream, and I was given the smallest scoop of ice cream I've ever seen. For $3.50, I'd like more than A BITE OF ICE CREAM. I cried for 2 hours. Other than that, great business. Please never leave me with only one bite of ice cream. Idk why i didn't just ask for more. I threw the ice cream in my car and didn't even end up eating it. Maybe I'm the problem.
