Their walk in cooler was running warm for weeks. Around 47-52 degrees according to the employees. Which is unsafe. They called me out to repair it. I got it back running and down to temp. They do not pay contractors. I have been trying to collect for months.

Went for a good craft beer and burger. No beer and the burger was really not that great. The service was really great though. It just seems that the place is not as good as it might once have been. Their ratings are high but after sorting by newest it appears that it’s going down.

Today is Wednesday 18th of Dec, time right now is 11:51 am. The restaurant is closed when I arrived to pick up my online order. I ordered at 11:25 am and arrived at 11:40 am and it is closed. This is out of the ordinary for this restaurant. No signs or Google Maps open hours update too

BurgerFi was amazing. Their customer service was top notch. They went above and beyond. Their system was down and couldn't take orders inside but they helped me place an order online but also wrote it down and started making it before it came through their system so I didn't have to wait too long. Everything tasted amazing!!! Very happy!
Dietary restrictions: Severe allergies to sesame, tree nuts, and dairy. The plain burger, bread, and fries were safe and delicious!

Normally I come here for every pre game meal! Today was a super rough experience. We waiting a long time for our food and didn’t get much response when asking the staff. The soda machines didn’t work, nor the bathroom sink. The bathroom was a mess with pee on the floor. Also the fries were undercooked. Not how normally things are but was disappointed for sure.

I would not recomend this to anyone. I come here before every Auburn game, but today was a horrible experience. We got here 15 min before they open at 11 am and they did not open doors until 11:15 because they were still unloading the food truck. Soda machines are not working, and super slow service. Bathroom sink is also not working. Good food, but not great service.

I'm sitting here in the store on game day, one of the first 20 customers in store, so not even busy yet. Right at opening. I'm still here waiting (no exaggeration) 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry. The Coke machines are both down. When I asked the manager (?) about how much longer, that I'd been waiting almost 30 minutes, no apology was given, just told that it was only 24 minutes. Terrible service time.

Horrible experience. I brought 16 people here for lunch. We sat at the door waiting for you to open after 11. They were also unloading food so they could “cook”. The soda machines didn’t work. We also waited over 30 min for our food and the staff were inattentive. Normally we come here for every pregame meal, but I am considering never coming back. Food was good.

i ordered the burgerfi cheeseburger, which comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc. i added (and paid for) bacon. tell me why when i get home there’s nothing on the burger but the patties. not even mad just disappointed
