First time visiting based on a recommendation of a local wanted to get a good sandwich, chicken fingers and a French dip. Food came out hot and quick, which was great. Srver took our order accurately nobody really enjoyed their food very much. French dip was described as a little salty And my Reuben pastrami was a little thick and chewy. Staff was very nice. I would try something different next time. Also it was very quiet. I would like to hear some music next time.

Love Chappy’s. This was the first time i’ve ordered breakfast and i’m glad I did. I had the conecuh sausage wrap and it was incredible! The tortilla was one of the best i’ve had and you can’t go wrong with conecuh. Grits were also amazing! The stag was top notch, as well!

I used to love Chappy's in Auburn, but things have gone way down hill for pick up order, at least. Our order from tonight was completely wrong. The time before that, I ordered the sandwich with the least amount of sodium (one of their supposed healthier items), and it was literally dripping grease. I was in the hospital and the table in my room was saturated from oil. The time before that, the cooks were fighting, the person in charge of pickup orders left work early, and the order was wrong. Absolutely ridiculous!

We went close to closing on a Wednesday the restaurant was a mess the floors looked they hadn’t been tended to all day. The managers are very absent when you asked to speak to someone. Service was definitely a 1/5 stars.
