The food was good but it definitely needs more seasoning, especially the fries. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The house sauce and ranch were really good.

We came on a Saturday night and I wanted a burger, they were out of burgers. So we ordered chicken fingers, we pay for the food and are waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, then they come to the window and say “our fryers were messed up we just got them fixed I’ll throw in some extra food for your wait” and then walks away. I would have loved to have been told this before we paid, because we could’ve went somewhere else. Overall it took us 45 minutes to get our food in a drive thru. Very unhappy.

We eat here as a family 1-2x a month due to proximity to our home. The food here is great. The long waits is keeping us from returning more. Even ordering pickup and showing up 20 min after order was placed I waited an additional 12 min in line. I don’t understand why. The drive thru takes a minimum of 10-15min. Just don’t be in a hurry if you visit.

Order the Catfish snack plate. The Catfish and fries were cold. Hush puppies were hard and burnt. I ask the cashier was the fish plate would be cook to order? It definitely was not.

Word of mouth is always the best!!My daughter told me about Charlie's Family Kitchen and that I couldn't go wrong with any pick.I decided on the fried fish snack with fried okra and sweet tea.They don't drop the catfish or okra until ordered, so it came out crispy and hot!! The pups were just right and they know how to make a solid sweet tea!!I will definitely be back!!!
Ordered a late lunch with three plates via Fetchme delivery. Driver was extremely helpful when our order was not only wrong, but horribly massacred. The Catfish plate was correct. The Five finger fried plate, came with one, and a half piece of a grilled finger, and fries (NO SLAW) as advertised. Fried Chicken finger sandwich plate came with just onions rings(paid extra). Asked to substitute potato salad for SLAW that was included, NOTHING. They substituted on the Catfish plate.Driver took bad orders back, and returned with the two newly corrected orders. But still issues, we got fried, but missing 2 pcs fingers (received 3) and missing one of the sides. The person at Charlie's claimed it was a small fried chicken plate. I paid for 5pcs, and description and receipt states 5 pc finger.NEVER AGAIN FROM THEM! Driver should have not had to make a 2nd or 3rd trip to still not have it corrected.

the place was empty except for someone waiting on their order, & another older man who came in a little later. we ordered & had a very long wait when we only ordered 2 things, they got to everyone in the drive thru first & a little while before getting our food we saw it just sitting in the window, so it wasn't very hot. we ordered well done okra which it wasn't, the charlie's special sauce, which is supposed to be basically like zax/guthrie's sauce, tasted almost like tartar sauce because of how much mayonnaise was in it & the lack of seasoning. the fries were mushy & unflavorful. the marinara sauce was bitter. there were only 3 people working, 2 cooks & one at the register, none wearing their masks properly, & one of the cooks actually took his mask completely off. good thing was the lady at the register was very nice. the sweet tea was very sweet. the chicken tenders are very well seasoned & flavorful.

Went to Charlie's Family Kitchen for lunch. I had the fried catfish lunch special with fries and sweet tea. The fish were cooked just right, seasoned good and tasted wonderful. Everything else was great, also. I definitely will return.
