They just opened a new Chick-fil-A outside the mall in Auburn. I wanted to make sure everybody knows the one inside is still open. The one outside does not have seating except for a few picnic tables outside. When I eat out, I like to be able to sit down and actually relax. I am not a big fan of taking my food home for it to be cold or to find out that something is missing. The mall here is rarely busy so sitting in the food court is actually quite Pleasant and allows a little people watching and possibly a bit of shopping. I will actually be eating at this location more often now as they weren't as slammed as they always were before.

Horribly long wait times and horrible attitudes! Waited over 30 minutes for an order that mysteriously wasn’t on their screen. After leaving and calling back, the manager was just as condescending, rude, disrespectful and dismissive as they were in the store. Wish that I could give a zero and that’d be being gracious!

Flat out the slowest Chick-fil-A in existence. You’d be better off going to Publix and cooking ts from scratch.

Ordered curbside, drove 5min, waited 22 more minutes, total of 27. How do folks using drive through that order after I arrive get food quicker? No longer CFA is no longer #1. Didn’t even get an apology or “my pleasure”

Travel all over the country for work. I love Chick-fil-A. I literally seek it out because there are none near where I live. This has been the most disappointing trip. I’m working less than 2 miles from Chick-fil-A. I went there for lunch five times not one of those times has been correct and contain the correct ingredients. I did complain to management called went down there. It’s a big hassle. It’s already a big hassle going to Chick-fil-A because it’s such a line and a big process. Once again here I sit eating my disappointing lunch the biggest part that’s irritating is I know they charge extra for this bacon that they don’t put on my sandwich.
Definitely skip this Chick-fil-A and look for a better one that cares about correctly filling orders .
