By far the worst Chick-fil-A experience you could find. Every time I go it's always something. As of today, Sept 8, 2025, my experience was probably the end of my patronage at this location. All I ordered was a sweet tea. A sticker with my name was printed off and stuck to the soda fountain, where it remained neglected by all line workers for over 10 minutes before I pointed out the order's existence. You have to micro manage your own order here because if you don't you may go without, even though you get a text from the unnecessary partnership with grubhub telling you it's ready for pickup. I don't care if I have to drive to the location near the mall, it would be well worth the hassle over dealing with this location or the one on Magnolia Ave.

Employee Betty helped me out the other day and she was one of the nicest employees I had the chance to deal with. Very professional

When we order two sandwiches give us two please. When we get cookies and cream I don’t want chocolate.

If you order at 11:30am get ready to pick it up at 2:30pm with the wrong order. The food is cold that I did receive, and one napkin for two meals… either the people running it needs to be fired or this Chik Fil A in particular just needs to be avoided. Every single order I’ve done here has been wrong. Thank God for the Student Center Chik Fil A staff. They’re the best.

Went through the car line, As usual it was quick and very orderly. I always said, whoever is in charge of that car line at Chick-fil-A should be president of the United States. ? I got the Cobb salad with the avocado dressing and it is delicious.

4 people behind the line but no one taking orders bc of self-service kiosks. I had to put in order twice since I didn't have a Tiger Card (campus CC) and kiosk didn't take both Tiger Card and regular CC. Received dry biscuit and small chicken.

Missing an entire order of hashbrowns. Missing bacon on one biscuit. And only given one chickfila sauce for two meals. Not to mention the worker was just complaining the whole time while handing out food.

They are closed on Saturdays at this location.
