This one struggles. 75% of the time the chicken taste likes it fried in old oil. Very unpleasant and distinct taste. If you don’t check you are pretty likely to get fries that have been sitting and are not crisp in the slightest. Never had a chick fil a so consistently make me pull to a parking space and wait 6-7 minutes to get my food after waiting in the drive thru for 6-7 ministers already. At breakfast they might give you 9 hash browns, might give you 18. Never know. Don’t know what the issue is but I would love it if they could figure it out… Most of the time the employees are fairly friendly but all of the other Chick-fil-A’s I have been to have been much better than this one.

It's Chick-fil-a. But the team is amazing. Always greets my service dog with a smile.

Bread on Sandwich was old. It broke apart as I was eating it. I got the end of the bag fries.

I placed a mobile order at 10am and my card was charged, I waited in line for 20- 30 minutes, just for them to not have my order and try to offer me LUNCH!!!!

God’s chicken. I met the founder, Truett Cathy in 1978. He was a humble and honorable man and showed true respect for his customers. That tradition carries on today.

I have given this location a couple chances and every time and it's just not the typical Chick-fil-A experience. 😞

Don’t let the long line fool you! This location is consistently fast and efficient even at its busiest. Employees are so sweet and food is always delicious.

I don’t often give low reviews, but I tried calling the store a few times without any success. As a recent cancer patient, I do not get out much, or do much out of usual schedule, but decided push myself to take the kids to the luau themed party they had a few weeks ago. Mind you it was very hot outside, but I figured it’d be nice to take the kids. Upon arrival, there was a lady who personally walked around and handed every single kid there a lei. She looked at my kids and I several times and never brought them any. She went in and came back and handed out some sunglasses or something of the sort, to every single kid there, except mine. I thought maybe it was because my daughter was small but I watched the lady walk up to a couple carrying a small child and immediately hand them a small token. I even put my daughter down to let her walk around to make sure there was no way she could be missed. The lady went back in came out and once again handed the little leis or token to each kid there at the moment, and made contact with me and my girls several times and never even motioned or moved towards us once. We stayed there for approximately an hour or hour and a half and I watched every other kid who came and went to the luau party receive the little gifts from her but never my girls. I have a 16 month old and a 10 year old. At the end of the day yeah it was just a little luau necklace and sunglasses, but it hurt as a mom watching my babies consistently for some reason not even just get overlooked because she made eye contact several times and looked at us several times, but ultimately my girls were ignored. I called to try to speak to someone a few times and could never get anyone on the line. It wasn’t what I would expect from a chick-fil-A experience at all.

The food at this location is disgusting. Today I ordered nuggets and fries. Both were old and stiff. Today will be my last day eating at this location for a while.

Skip it if you can. Drive-thru if you must. No indoor seating. Bathroom was dirty. None of the impeccable service you expect from CFA employees. My mom was making her order in perfectly understandable, accented English and the employee at the counter stared at her like she dropped from another planet. Absolutely embarrassing. For the employee.

The employee wasn’t looking too friendly at me either. It doesn’t seem like she's been exposed to different sorts of people, which is critical for a customer-facing rep.
