Not sure what happen tonight, but my food was cold. Normally my food is hot all the way to the house. Which is right down the street near Shelton Mill. Never had this happen and I go to this one all the time. Fries and nuggets cold. Highly disappointed....

This one struggles. 75% of the time the chicken taste likes it fried in old oil. Very unpleasant and distinct taste. If you don’t check you are pretty likely to get fries that have been sitting and are not crisp in the slightest. Never had a chick fil a so consistently make me pull to a parking space and wait 6-7 minutes to get my food after waiting in the drive thru for 6-7 ministers already. At breakfast they might give you 9 hash browns, might give you 18. Never know. Don’t know what the issue is but I would love it if they could figure it out… Most of the time the employees are fairly friendly but all of the other Chick-fil-A’s I have been to have been much better than this one.
