Chris Verneret is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. The service was terrible . He talks bad to his employees. Every time I’ve been there he’s always talking rough to his employees.

I came through the drive thru one evening and there was a very kind young lady working and she said her name was ZaMia. I hadn’t seen her before. She said she worked at a location in Huntsville, Alabama., but nevertheless, she was very informative of the menu, very patient and kind. I would highly recommend visiting this location when she’s there. She’s a real asset to the company. Thank you young lady for your kindness. It goes a long way.

Today started off rough and I had just wiped a tear when I pulled up to the drivethru window and met "Sonny". He greeted me with a simple "Hello, how are you?" and I replied, softly "ok". When Sonny returned with my food and my receipt, along with it was a "Get a free CHICK" card and a pumpkin cookie. Now I don't think that Chicken Salad Chic is giving away both of those things but I do think that Sonny was trying to make me feel better and he did, a little bit. Even though for the 2nd time now I haven't gotten the lettuce and tomato asked for, left feeling cared for and special! THANK YOU SONNY!!!
Ate at this location on September 20, 2024. The Dixie chick salad sandwich was tasteless and the croissant was stale. The pasta salad was so dry I could hardly eat it and the grapes in the grape salad wasn’t fresh. I was very disappointed to say the least.

It is unfortunate I have to leave this review, but for the past few weekends this location has run out food, and it is not just one or two items but pretty much their entire menu. I can understand the first football weekend, but for the past two weeks they've been out of food. It is either an ordering issue or they just lack self awareness to purchase more food during football season.
Since it was a limited menu again last weekend I ordered the turkey club (which they had in stock) and the sandwich maybe had two sliced pieces of turkey on it. Disappointed in the quality of food and would not recommend eating here on game weekends.

My favorite Chicken Salad Chick to visit! I love that they have a drive through option and the food is always fresh from this location! It's conveniently located, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and of course delicious food! My favorite chicken salad is the Fancy Nancy. We also love the broccoli salad and grape salad. Often we order takeout and get the large containers of each of these items (Fancy Nancy, broccoli salad, and grape salad) and take it home to eat one or two meals from it! Always delicious and refreshing!
