I have been enjoying chicken salad from chicken salad chick for quite some time. until last week I have been pleased with their product and service, however., The last time that I purchased chicken salad from the Auburn location, they did not have the grape salad which I really enjoy, and also there were several flavors that were not available. So this just indicates to me that they are not as attentive to their customers as they once were.I will not be going back to CHICKEN SALAD CHICK for a while.

Great chicken salad! This was my first time here, so I just ordered the regular chicken salad. Everything was fresh and prepared nicely! The broccoli salad was delicious. There were quite a few other chicken salad options, so next time I will definitely leave my comfort zone! Also, they had homemade soup, Mac and cheese, and salad options.

They treat veterans first class on veterans Day. I've never been to one of these restaurants because there's none near where I live I just happen to be in the area and it was veterans Day. So I went and par took in the free veterans meal which was a sandwich and I had a bowl of soup and it was delicious artichoke chicken soup something It was fabulous. The chicken salad was delicious I had one with cranberries and almonds. And the people working there were friendly and the cashier was very nice and polite. Very respectful to veterans.

I don’t know why but this location never makes enough of their daily portions to even until dinner time. I have had to start calling ahead of time to see if they are out of things and by 5 they are out of a minimum of 4-5 chicken salads and 2-3 sides. It’s not even prime dinner time. Needs to make bigger portions.
