They have genuinely never been fully stocked of anything ever. My bowl usually has 3/9 ingredients. Also waiting in the drive thru pickup thing at the window for 25 minutes. At some point I thought they forgot I was here.

It was fast, staff were friendly, burrito was excellent but chips were stale. Can usually count on Chipotle for a fast & fresh meal that is a generous portion.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait 40 minutes in the chipotlane even though my order was ready — simply because an employee wouldn’t hand me the bag? My order was not even correct once received. Horrible experience and poor management. Embarrassing.

I usually look forward to chipotle but this one makes me sad. I went through the drive-through once took me an hour. I also ran over a huge pothole, and I think it flattened my tire a little bit never going back through the drive-through ever again and I’m scared of the people inside so I guess I just won’t go.

This chipotle needs to be completely redone employee wise. Five times of the last seven times I’ve been they are out of almost everything that goes in a bowl. I’ve never been to a chipotle with this bad of service and they give me attitude. It’s not my fault that you were out of chicken, rice, corn, pico, and sour cream all on the same night seems to me like they just don’t want to cook more food. I want to close early. I would suggest new management as soon as possible. I will not be returning until I hear that these conditions have been improved.

The restaurant closed temporarily over lunch today (8 Dec). Because it was closed and I had invited a guest to the meal, we walked down the road to get a meal instead. While gone, the restaurant had my car towed, saying I wasn't a guest - but they were closed! It cost me $125 to get it back. I will NEVER eat there again and I discourage others from doing so as well. Super unfair!

Mobile order indicated 20 minutes for pick up. Upon arrival the mobile order line was extensive and they were telling any walk ups all of the ingredients they were out of. The tables were all very dirty. Avoid this Chipotle. Poorly run.

Don't order online on Sunday or any day in the evening unless you're ready to wait an hour for your food. They seem to always be knee deep if you know what I mean. The food has degraded in quality too. They hardly put any seasoning on their food these days. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I go to this Chipotle a lot, since it’s so close to campus. Each time I go, they are out of a key ingredient (tortillas, rice, chicken, cheese, black beans etc). The workers are never very friendly either.
