Don't order online on Sunday or any day in the evening unless you're ready to wait an hour for your food. They seem to always be knee deep if you know what I mean. The food has degraded in quality too. They hardly put any seasoning on their food these days. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I go to this Chipotle a lot, since it’s so close to campus. Each time I go, they are out of a key ingredient (tortillas, rice, chicken, cheese, black beans etc). The workers are never very friendly either.

It’s 7:51pm CST on a Tuesday and they’re out steak pico corn salsa cheese and some other type of meat they close at 11:00pm this ridiculous they are always out of things and unprepared they have a full staff in the back standing around when they could be prepping for the night rush

I used adore this Chipotle, our original location! The food was excellent - hot, well prepared, generous servings. I especially loved the barbacoa bowl. My last 4 or 5 orders were sub par. Last order (ever) the barbacoa dry & almost non-existent. Brown rice was undercooked & soupy. Dish was not hot & quite skimpy. I've read these changes are coming down from corporate to cut costs. We'll listen Corporate, shame on you! Look at your reviews and clean up your act soon, or your franchises will be worth nothing and they will close. I feel sorry for the franchise owners.

Vegan option was good, sadly still way too many exploitation-“non-vegan” options, and I can’t think of staff being any less friendly. No smile, completely bored. Why get a job that you hate so much. Also, for the environment you could place the bags for self-service instead of handing out a bag for every single order, all people who ate there throw out their bag, so pointless economically and environmentally. But they couldn’t care less when I suggested that.

I saw a lot of complains on this restaurant, but when we visited, everything was fine. Good, hot food. Staff was nice and managed the food correct. Did takeaway, not many seats offered in the place. Love Chipotle.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! They were out of 90% of everything on the line and didn’t want to restock! Food was very much old and the customer service was TERRIBLE ! The mangers was rude and didn’t care to help & and some of the employees didn’t have on gloves 0/10 go to the new one on opelika road WAYYYYY better service
