They have gotten so skimpy with how much food they give you. My daughter and I both got bowls and they barely put any rice or anything else in our bowls. They were half full if that. We paid over $3 for added guacamole and barely got a spoon full. They have gotten so cheap withbthe quantity. Paid $32 for basically nothing. Won't be coming back!

Every time I have gotten an order from here, it’s cold, gross, and takes FOREVER. I have waited over an hour and a half to get a burrito, just for it to be cold, and have items missing it. The employees are lethargic and rude. None of them were willing to help. They had attitude, and weren’t responsive to questions. Will never eat here again.

Genuinely terrible. Ordered online at 6:30. Didn’t get my food until after 8pm?!?!?!?!? I quite literally sat in the drive thru line for over an hour and a half. Definitely would like a refund but oh well. Just cold chipotle for me.

Food was pretty good as always but I barely had any chicken on my last trip. I thought maybe it was on the other side but it wasn't. I basically had a bowl of vegetables.
Please fix this for future orders.

The customer service at this location is awful. I’ve been multiple times because this is the closest to my house but almost every time the customer service has been extremely poor. The employees never acknowledge you in line or even speak to you. They are not friendly in any way.

Whoever manages this place needs to truly rethink their life. The customer service is abominable and the place is severely understaffed. Why did I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line for my food as it sat on a shelf and got cold. I even went inside to see if I could get it from there, but no one
looked at me as I stood there and there was already so many people waiting for their food. I’m not even mad at the people who were working, you can’t happily run a chipotle at peak dinner hours off of three people.

I am currently sitting here waiting on a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 6:10, it’s now 6:45 and still no food. Order status says it’s ready, get up to the drive thru window and is not ready. Asked to pull to the front. There’s people inside that have been waiting an hour for food and the drive thru is backed up onto Opelika Rd. This is the second time this has happened. Service is TERRIBLE!!
