Ordered a burrito. Said my order was ready when I got to the window which it was not and I had to wait. Had cars behind me so pulled out. Got home and had a bowl not a burrito. As well as salsas and a chimichurri side also left out because they “ran out” with no request to compensate the money I had paid.

I really don’t like leaving Google reviews but after this I just had to.
I paid for extra food and I’m served less food than a normal bowl even brings. This happens way too often.
Getting kinda tired of paying extra money for food that I’m not gonna get and on top of it, getting less food than a standard bowl brings.

Food was good. Service was okay. The restaurant was nasty. Every table was dirty and the floor was filthy. All of the specialty teas/lemonades were empty. I got Minute Maid lemonade and it was mostly water.

The three people staffing the place were busting their asses, but they certainly needed help.

Drive thru line was long. Took us 30 minutes to get food. Inside was closed. This might not be the usual but it was our experience Thanksgiving weekend.

Let me do you a favor. Never order pickup from this location, you will sit in the drive thru with 10+ cars backed up for over 30 minutes past your designated pickup time. If you pickup inside they will not have your order ready or started. It’s almost like they don’t start orders until people pull up to the window. When I go inside the order is a lot faster and you will be a lot happier. The food is usually good, sometimes it’s not the best. I’ve never delt with a rude worker here, they are just very understaffed and slow.

They have gotten so skimpy with how much food they give you. My daughter and I both got bowls and they barely put any rice or anything else in our bowls. They were half full if that. We paid over $3 for added guacamole and barely got a spoon full. They have gotten so cheap withbthe quantity. Paid $32 for basically nothing. Won't be coming back!
