love coming here! everytime I come the food is really good and the sweet tea is even better. Lvette though, I’ve seen her working multiple times and she’s always great and clearly good at her job and can definitely uplift me on a bad day when i come! she’s super nice, and my order was spot on accurate. only rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because one or two times the fries tasted a little burnt but it’s been great since then so no harm no foul!

I've gone through the drive thru a few times and every time, I get burnt Styrofoam on my hush puppies and onion rings. They need a better solution on packaging carry-out and avoid health risks with melted Styrofoam on the food. Last time I go there until they figure out a better solution. Please be careful everyone. I do not recommend drive thru.

Got the new bacon ranch wrap was delicious and as always love the onion rings with the cook out sauce ♥️
Every time I come here it is when I get off of an 8 hour shift from being on my feet all day. Im tired and always so hungry. It is 11:30 PM and the people that work here give great customer service, they are pleasant, fast, and efficient. My food is always fresh and I honestly do not have 1 complaint about this place. You can not beat the prices for this level of food I choose this place over Whataburger hands down. Just thankful for the team that makes my hard night a little easier. Good Job keep up the good work!!!

Among the Cook Out locations I’ve visited, this one was the cleanest with friendly staff. I really enjoy Cook Out’s Cheddar Style Burger.
Got three shakes and they were watery..I used to think cook out had the best shakes but not since they closed the one in Tigertown....Probably not goin back

The worst damn experience from a poorly attitude and trained staff. It looks like they did something to the food also. I took pictures and will talk to manager.
The food is as good as drive through gets. But either they only hire the deaf and blind or they need to replace the microphone at the drive through. I wish I could go back but I ain’t repeating the same order five times just for them to get it wrong again.
