This rating is because the fries were frost bite and not hot or fresh. This review is based on mixed feelings. I was so ready for food from Cookout. To be disappointed with the fries. However, the caramel milkshake was absolutely amazing!

We had the best experience here while traveling and are so sad we live so far away! It’s a great little quick eat spot. Pricing is affordable and you get a bunch of food. The spices fries are so yummy! Our burgers were great, but the star of the show was the shakes. The peanut butter and banana shake was heaven! Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed their burgers and fries. Next time we travel we are making a beeline for this place!

I’ve been to cookout a couple of times with no problem but today the customer service was horrible women told us to wait at the stop sign until she waved at us and she never did they all stood there talking and laughing no cars or nothing so we pulled around and got our stuff, she was being rude, our sandwich’s were HARD to the point we couldn’t bite into them, the chicken in the quesadilla was BURNT, the fries weren’t even good.

There’s this gentleman named Leo who made me two peanut butter fudge shakes today, these shakes absolutely slapped. Incredible work Leo, as well as customer service. I commend this man to all lengths. He was raised right.
Extremely dissatisfied with my last visit. I went there on December 11th, 2024 around 1 am (a couple of hours before they close) after a long road trip, super hungry. I was immediately met with a rude & annoyed tone of voice when I ordered & when I pulled up to pay, the cashier loudly complained about how another car was coming in to her other coworkers and rolled her eyes. Like I get yall are tired & prob don’t wanna work, but it doesn’t take much to be nice, especially if yall don’t close for another couple of hours. The thing that irritated me tho was my order got messed up. I had asked for beef quesadillas & they gave me all cheese & threw three nuggets in the tray (not even a complete order, man). Cajun fries were good though. My advice is don’t work at a place with late hours if you don’t want to actually work the late hours.

Usually have a good experience, but was very disappointed this time. After waiting in drive thru line for 10 minutes, I began my order by saying "I have two orders" and was cut off to be told they are only accepting one order... I said it's for the same ticket, I just have two burger trays. I was met with "Sorry" and so I proceeded to just order one. Not sure if that was miscommunication, but that was odd and frustrating. Everything was good except getting only 3.5 onion rings

This is truly one of the best fast food I've ever been to. It is beyond affordable and the quality of the food it’s amazing. All the employees had smiles on their faces. The manager was smiling and working as well. I would truly recommend this for anyone who is looking for the cheapest but best meal you can find in this area.
