I went in to get a chocolate cherry milkshake which to my surprise “isn’t on the menu” according to the cashier at this location even though it is in Mobile. You would think since it is a chain restaurant they would have the exact same stuff on the menu, but apparently not. Thanks to a review from someone named Dwana Schill for posting the menu from seven years ago, I could in fact see “Chocolate cherry” on the milkshake menu. The kind employee that took my order was very kind to say “I’ve never heard of that but we can make it for you!” When I took a sip of my milkshake, for some reason, it had peanuts in it along with the cherries. Even though they have never made this type of milkshake before, there was a sticker on the cup that says “Chocolate, red cherry.” Nowhere on that sticker did it say peanuts, yet they gave me some.They’re lucky they didn’t give this to someone who is allergic to peanuts or else they’d be in for a lawsuit. And if you were wondering what a chocolate cherry milkshake entails, it is a chocolate milkshake with mashed up cherries in it.

Came in there today around 12:30 I kid you not they had me in and out! Service was the best I’ve seen from any fast food place in a long time! Shoutout the cashier upfront Eli he took care of us and made sure we had everything we ordered! Give the whole crew a raise 10/10 will be coming again!

It's open until 3 am in a college town so yeah. Beyond that its nothing remarkable but a chill spot to go hang out after a movie or if you and your friends just need some late night food. Not the most comfortable seats and kinda loud music.

Pulled up to the drive thru with no other cars around and this girl with pink hair says we can’t do 2 orders. We say “awwww cmonnnnn” she says “nah” we says “that’s okay we can scrape some money together” she says nothing. We pull up to the window to get our food. Let me tell you, it hurts the soul to get muted by someone in real life. She stared at the wall for 5 minutes before getting my phone for the Apple Pay. We receive the order only to be missing a water and have no cheese on the fries. Overall, I am a diehard cookout fan. But this is unacceptable, I don’t want to see the pink haired lady there ever again.

My plate was missing the Cole slaw and hush puppies. The hush puppies on both plates were burned.The man operating the drive through and window was not friendly and seemed to be bothered by us asking a question.
Whoever is cooking tonight, give that person/ them a raise! 🔥

Amazing Resturaunt, customer service is excellent my food is always fast and hot. I love that this place is open so late. Good job cook out yall made my night. Best of all when I had a complaint they handled it so perfectly and got my food fixed immediately and with a smile. Best late night spot in town.
