I always get the same thing…. Chef salad and it has always been a salad worth the price it is at almost $14 but now the salads are worth a mere $10 if that due to its drastic size and weight I’ve been accustomed to. They have changed the to-go box which shouldn’t limit the prior size of the salad it used to be because more can be packed inside of the new container they give now. This salad cost toooooo much for what’s now HALF THE SIZE of its original size. I’ve bought it twice now being with the new carry out option and unfortunately I will not be buying it again. IT IS LITERALLY LIKE PAYING FOR A BAG OF CHIPS AND YOU KNOW HALF OF IT IS AIR! If someone is paying almost $15 for a salad, IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE A $15. They have indeed lost a customer and this salad has been on rotation of my meal plan for umpteen years……

The BBQ was great. The brisket, the ribs, and the pulled pork were awesome. The coleslaw, and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. The service was exceptional.

Very disappointed tonight! Table had a lot of napkins and cup lids to try and level the table. We did eat the food. But wasn’t anything great. And when we finished eating, saw a coach on window. ?

First visit to Auburn… unfortunately this place was about as mediocre for BBQ as I’ve had in a while. The good-ish: The Texas Brisket was the highlight and was relatively tasty. It was a little dry, but the smoke flavor was good. Sweat tee was great! Not so good: The Brunswick stew was unfortunately flavorless, cornbread was very dry and salad was a bit wilted and had pieces I had to remove.Probably wouldn’t run back anytime soon… not saying I wouldn’t try it again, but it won’t be a priority for me.

Great BBQ ribs are amazing. Don't get the brisket. Pulled pork or ribs are the way to go.

This barbecue establishment was highly recommended by a young lady who personally knew the restaurant and staff, though I will omit her name as she was a very sweet gal. She suggested while I was in town I stop by "if I like good barbecue." This food was anything but. Ordering the pork barbecue platter, the meat was very "fatty" with no taste whatsoever, as such I ended up leaving most of it on my plate. The collard greens were soggy with little substance, and the cornbread muffin was more than a day old, and not that tasty, either. Adding to this, their BBQ sauce was like pouring colored water on my food, very runny, and with way too much vinegar. The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is the baked beans and sweet tea were rather delicious. When pulling up to the restaurant, the smell of fresh barbecue was enough to leave me salivating, and the interior is everything one would hope a barbecue place would be, but my dinner was anything but a meal to write home about. Even if I were a local, I most likely wouldn't be back.
