Placed an order at 9:45 for delivery for less than a mile away, and called twice to see where my food was and 2 different people told me it would be coming. It never arrived so why lie and not just tell me ur not bringing what i paid for. And these people expect a tip. Wouldn’t even give me a refund and told me to call back tomorrow. Close the store if you can’t do your job.

i read the reviews and thought it cannot be that bad, I was wrong. Every review is correct do not touch this place. Massive wait times, till staff not sure how to operate the Till and employees seem to don’t care about customer service. 30 minutes for a cheese pizza, cancelled and refunded to go elsewhere. Very surprised Dominoes allow this franchise to continue

After waiting 4 hours, the tracker finally says delivered. Except that nothing ever arrived. Which leaves me with the annoying task of disputing the charge on my credit card. Store won’t answer the phone.
Just say you’re understaffed and that you can’t take more orders. I get it, it can get busy in the evening. Just don’t take people’s money and lie about it being delivered.

This place has always been reliable with their pizza consistency and wait time for me. App is accurate, the people are nice and do thier job well, never had a bad experience the numerous times I've gotten take out from here

Ordered on the app. Said it would be ready between 45-55 minutes. Waited over an hour before my wife went in to find out how long it would be. There was still ten pizzas in front of our order but they moved ours up. Only three people working and were very slow. No one was professional or helpful in the situation. Food was cold, not cut correctly or even all the way through the crust as well as parts of our order was missing. Not a great experience. Would suggest going somewhere else.

Waited over 40 minutes only to walk to the counter and be told there are six orders still ahead of me. I had to cancel and go back to work.
The lady initially told me it the wait was few more minutes. I understand they were understaffed but lack of transparency about the wait time was frustrating as I could have cancelled earlier and got lunch elsewhere.

By far the worst experience ive ever had at dominos. Was told a 11 minute wait. Took over an hour. The bones wings that were givin to me were not boneless wings just chopped up half a chicken breast with buffalo sauce squirted on top. Watched multiple people order and get their food while I was waiting. Bye far the biggest waist of money ive spent in years. The workers paid no attention while I was waiting. Made me late for work. And then was givin something looks like a 2 yr old made. Extremely disappointed. I paid before and will never again

I won't be going here anymore. They like to leave the pineapple off my pizza. It's the only topping I've had missing from my pizzas. This incident has happened on more than one occasion with the same topping. I always get the other toppings but they leave off the pineapple so it seems like it was done intentionally. I know people get disgusted when it comes to pineapple on pizza, but I'm the one eating it, not the employee, so why is there a problem?
