Gage, Val, and Alicia are the absolute best! They were so sweet to us. The dunkin farther off campus messed up our order and we ran into this one to see if they could fix it and they did no questions asked unlike the other one. They also gave us free pumpkin munchkins. The best dunkin in town and the sweetest workers!

Almost everytime I go in the woman at the counter has such a bad attitude. One day I went in and I thought it was so gross that she left her pack of cigarettes and her food on the counter with customers coffee and food. Today she had the worst attitude out of anytime that I have visited. If you hate your job just quit because there is no reason in staying and making an uncomfortable atmosphere for coworkers and customers.

The only reason I gave you money today is because my girlfriend really wanted coffee, but I needed up going to your competitor instead. Terrible work environment and no smiles when ordering. I ordered a croissant from Dunkin through Doordash this morning. This is what I received! The croissant was burnt to a crisp, and the cheese was completely burnt. Absolutely horrible! Not ordering from here again!

They don’t have enough workers here, and DD has zero customer service. The workers they have are phenomenal, but trying to do 3-4 jobs each. If something is wrong, there is no way to get help or support, as they do not hire enough employees - at all. It’s a true shame!
