When I was there, only one employee was present, but the service was still relatively fast with all things considered. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but Anika was able to help me find something on the menu that I enjoyed. However, this location doesn’t make donuts throughout the day, which was a little disappointing, as I had mainly gone for that reason.

I guess I’m going to have to become a regular now. I travel to Auburn for work from out of town rather frequently. Both young ladies on night shift last night were amazing. I don’t go to Dunkin very often and they helped me with my order. With this kind of service, I will gladly stop by more often.

I’ve always had a bad experience at this location. The workers are extremely rude and condescending. They are always out of the things you order online through the app. Additionally, this morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it as the bread wouldn’t tear. The bacon was way undercooked and the egg was cold. I picked up my order on the way to work, so I had nothing to eat until lunch as this location completely messed up my order.

Coffee has too much cream so tell them to lessen the cream shots and it will be good.
Definitely a zero star. Went through drive thru ordered coffee and 12 chocolate frosted with sprinkles. She said she can only do 4. I said I would come in to see what else they had. They had 11 chocolate with sprinkles and 12 or chocolate frosted. I asked for 11 sprinkles 1 plain. I was told she can only do 4 because that's all they had. Mind blown. I went to Publix. Do better Dunkin.

If you chose LESS ICE, they will give you normal ice and don't even fill you cup. Staff here also have bad attitude. Go order at somewhere else

Ordered cream cheese bagel. Awful! Tasted like sour cream. I ask what kind of filling was in the filled donuts, she said they had nothing inside, just chocolate on the outside. It did have filling in it just as I thought and my favorite cream filling. Employees were nice but had no clue about what they sold lol

I love Dunkin and my order almost always tastes phenomenal. The drinks and food are consistently great and keep me coming back. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is the service. Most of the time the experience is smooth and the staff is friendly, but there have been a few occasions where the service felt rushed or the workers came off as dismissive. It’s not the norm, but it does stand out when it happens. Still, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth visiting.

I went to this location at 6:30 am on Sunday morning and the lobby door was locked. The hours are clearly posted on the door. The woman who was working at the counter stared at me rudely while I was trying to open the door.
