If you chose LESS ICE, they will give you normal ice and don't even fill you cup. Staff here also have bad attitude. Go order at somewhere else

Ordered cream cheese bagel. Awful! Tasted like sour cream. I ask what kind of filling was in the filled donuts, she said they had nothing inside, just chocolate on the outside. It did have filling in it just as I thought and my favorite cream filling. Employees were nice but had no clue about what they sold lol

I love Dunkin and my order almost always tastes phenomenal. The drinks and food are consistently great and keep me coming back. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is the service. Most of the time the experience is smooth and the staff is friendly, but there have been a few occasions where the service felt rushed or the workers came off as dismissive. It’s not the norm, but it does stand out when it happens. Still, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth visiting.

I went to this location at 6:30 am on Sunday morning and the lobby door was locked. The hours are clearly posted on the door. The woman who was working at the counter stared at me rudely while I was trying to open the door.

Ownership needs to come in this place and see why their associates look so depressed. Are they over worked and understaffed but the ladies in her today don't look to be enjoying their job.

I'm a little perplexed why they keep saying it's a fifteen minute wait for food. However when you get to the window food is somehow magically ready. This has happened 3x. I wasn't concerned at first now I'm wondering what is going on at this location.
P.S. I have noticed that the coffee taste different than it did a few yrs ago. I had Dunkin in a while.

Employee who took my order was incredibly rude, and messed up our order. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for it to be fixed because she was so hostile. She refused to help the person in front of us when that person complained about their order not being what they wanted. She was also yelling at other employees. I love Dunkin but don’t think I’ll be back to this location, which is disappointing.

Worse Dunkin’ after ordinary from the drive through waited outside the window for over 5min. Before my payment was take. And then when I asked for a manager she came over and I told her I was waiting for a while and she said I only got one worker right now who took your order and cooking your stuff the other two workers are clocking out ….mind you one is mopping and one was taking orders on the inside …. I literally was like staff is not my issue. As a manager in that situation call more help in and get your self on the line and help not just go back to your office. My food came out in bits first bagel then muklings and then my coffee very slow service.

I always get toasted "everything bagels with cream cheese" from Dunkin..always good. Unfortunately they stopped serving the poppy bagels..must have become a rarity after Covid and Afghanistan 🙄

Went in to buy a dozen donuts for staff at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. Opted to walk in as drive thru wasn't proceeding very quickly. Limited staff available, and while my presence was responded to promptly, the atmosphere was very stressed. I was denied the option to purchase a dozen due to availability. I opted for a half dozen and was also denied due to management instructing employees to make the limited supply last for night shift. I clarified that I was not allowed to purchase 6 donuts if that's what I wanted? The cashier made the exception even though she mentioned that management would likely be upset. Employees on staff were helpful but how does a coffee/donuts shop deny amount purchased? I tried to follow up with a call to corporate and both my calls were picked up, heard voices, and then the call was ended. While Dunkin is convenient, I would rather drive across town at this point.

Let me start by saying I love Dunkin’ and usually go to the Opelika location just about everyday except Tuesday because scooters has by one get one free. I visited location and not only was the order taker rude but this is what my drink looked like after me leaving and back on my way to work from my lunch break. Between the attitudes and this is what my seven dollar drink looks like I won’t be back not to mention I called the store no answer and I’m almost certain she was talking to the manager about me and I’m glad I recorded all of it so unacceptable

Whole Order was wrong & when asked to speak to the manager who actually prepared the order didn't apologize & blamed the order on there printer not printing correctly. Her attitude was worse then any employee I have came across!! Stay away!!
