I love Dunkin and my order almost always tastes phenomenal. The drinks and food are consistently great and keep me coming back. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is the service. Most of the time the experience is smooth and the staff is friendly, but there have been a few occasions where the service felt rushed or the workers came off as dismissive. It’s not the norm, but it does stand out when it happens. Still, the quality of the food and drinks makes it...

Ownership needs to come in this place and see why their associates look so depressed. Are they over worked and understaffed but the ladies in her today don't look to be enjoying their job.

I'm a little perplexed why they keep saying it's a fifteen minute wait for food. However when you get to the window food is somehow magically ready. This has happened 3x. I wasn't concerned at first now I'm wondering what is going on at this location.
P.S. I have noticed that the coffee taste different than it did a few yrs ago. I had Dunkin in a while.
