Firehouse Subs Auburn

This location always pays attention to the details of each order. I order atleast once every two weeks, and my order is ALWAYS correct and timely. I order online and it's always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The staff are always kind and offer a warm greeting when you walk in.

I don't always eat subs, I am more of a burger person, however my husband wanted to eat here one night and I was skeptical at first, but I was proved otherwise. The atmosphere here is great. Nice and clean and really is suited to a firehouse. They even take donations that go to firehouses and I love that. The staff is great, the guy that takes your order( I think he usually works in the evening) is fantastic, and I get a kick out of the way he talks when he is taking your order. They are pretty fast on your takeout order and the food is amazing, as is the prices. I have, and will continue to go back, several more times. Great place to eat!

The staff running this place should all be unemployed. It took 35 minutes from time of order for two sandwiches. I was hesitant to eat here again because of past service issues but now now this is the standard. Three people watching one person work at 730pm on a Friday. Lack of bodies isn’t the problem.

The sandwiches were, as usual, very good. the service was friendly and fast. Prices were what you have come to expect from...well, pretty much any restaurant these days. Good size portions, lots of flavor. Cant really go wrong here.

Gentleman in a purple shirt was super nice and had great customer service. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even asked how I was. People don’t know how nice of an action asking someone how they are is. He’s a cool dude. I don’t even care abt the food, dude just made my day.

This location is very clean, large seating area and friendly service. The bread is always soft and fresh.
