Gentleman in a purple shirt was super nice and had great customer service. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even asked how I was. People don’t know how nice of an action asking someone how they are is. He’s a cool dude. I don’t even care abt the food, dude just made my day.

Nothing like a good ole medium on wheat bread Italian sub on Sunday afternoon after working out.
Being greeted by the super nice staff always makes my day better.

Just left and had to throw my sandwich in trash it did not taste right the bread had a funny taste I could not eat it at all
I've always loved Fire House subs. I haven't tried all their subs, but I doubt there is a sub on the menu that I wouldn't like. Definitely a great place to get a great sub hot or cold.

Ordered a night they had a national promotion, I get that it’s busy but all they did was whine about how busy they were and I wasn’t even one of the people complaining about the time, took around 50 minutes to get my food and they got it wrong and tasted like microwave reheated meat. I emailed corporate asking for a remake, they say they can’t force the store even though I ordered through the app. It’s been 3 months and around 15 messages to corporate, this store won’t respond to corporates request to remake the order.I didn’t come in a lot but not I’m literally never coming there again.
