I had an amazing experience at this location. I ordered a Firehouse Meatball sub. It took about 5 minutes and it came out hot and ready. Staff were pretty friendly as well. Would recommend!

Slow service, waited 30min for two sammiches! Overpriced in my opinion for the inconvenience. The sandwiches are tasty, Ill give you that, however, after being hungry and waiting that long, anything would be good. Step it up.guys, you can do better!

I just gave this store a glowing review earlier this week. Now I wish I could take this back.

I have no issue that the store ran out of a food item that prevented the completion of my order. My issue is how they handled it. My order was placed at 11:34am. When I had not received my order at 12:30, I went to the counter to check on the status and they said that they are out of turkey and to pick something else. I said I want a refund. They said that has to be done online. I asked for the manager's name and the 4 ladies working said they are all the managers. I asked for a name and they all said nothing. None of them had a name tag on.

They could have handled this differently and it could have made the difference in whether or not I will continue to be a loyal rewards member. They made zero effort to try and inform me via the app or asking for me while waiting in the store for my order. They waited until I approached the counter and wasted my time and compounding how poorly they handled the issue.

On top of that, they lied to me. They told me I had to get the refund via online. The email via the app on for refund indicates that the store manager makes the decision on a refund.

This makes me question if I should trust these people handling the food that I will be eating.

Please resolve this as I love Firehouse and do not want to have to find another sub restaurant.

Slow an whats up with them putting receipts on food? Cause after handling money is that even sanitary?

Good subs, 3 sizes to choose from. Much better than subway.

Stopped in for a sandwich on our way back to Atlanta and we had to let you know how great the service was by Michael,and the other employees, and how delicious our turkey sandwich was.

great tasting food - I wish the online order menu was set up so you check boxes of toppings you want rather than unchecking items you don't want...I think I finally learned my lesson but I've ended up with sandwiches nobody wants (1st world problem) because of that design.

Way too slow. A sandwich shouldn't take 20 minutes with 2 people in the store.

We enjoyed lunch here today. It is located by Walmart on College Street. The restaurant is clean and has a nice Auburn University feel. All of the employees were very nice and helpful while performing their tasks well. My wife had the Hook and Ladder combo while I had the Italian combo. Both were very good. I do have to say that there is not as much meat as there used to be on the sandwich. The combo is right at $12 before tax. This is a nice place to enjoy a good sandwich. We both got the medium, which is two of the sandwiches that I have pictured.

This location always pays attention to the details of each order. I order atleast once every two weeks, and my order is ALWAYS correct and timely. I order online and it's always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The staff are always kind and offer a warm greeting when you walk in.
