I work at the Chase bank up the street and stopped by for lunch break. The bowl was absolutely phenomenal and the building was clean. The workers were young professionals with a knack for order and Southern hospitality. Will be returning!

The people who work here are surely slow. I ordered a frutta bowl with banana kiwi pineapple Nutella and peanut butter and received a bowl with bananas strawberry blueberries chocolate chips and no peanut butter or Nutella. How hard is it to make the correct bowl genuinely how hard is it?

I ordered five bowls and was incredibly disappointed to find all of them were missing the Nutella we had specifically requested. Upon realizing the error, we immediately contacted the store to discuss a resolution. Unfortunately, the manager's response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. They blamed us for not noticing the missing Nutella, claiming it was difficult to see due to the brown color of the acai.
It's unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect when a clear error has been made. We were willing to return the bowls for a refund or replacements, but the manager's unwillingness to rectify the situation is appalling. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location due to their poor customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

The total order was wrong. When asked they told according to the store policy even when they are wrong the customer only should either purchase new ones and nothing they can do. I dont know what policy is that.
