I visited today and waited 3 mins to place an order. No one was in line but me and my family. No one greeted us. There was an employee decorating, two employees came from the back, didn’t acknowledge us, and went back to the back. We just decided to walk off because it was so rude.
Hours are kind of wonky but their cookie cakes and treats are delicious! Their rewards program is excellent.
The cake we bought over the weekend was very thin and dry. The design was cute but not worth the 48 dollars.
I know that it opens up at 11 but this lady was oh so rude to me and another customer because we asked if they are open. It was only 2 minutes. She had a nasty attitude. If she didn’t want to be at work you should have called.
Stop here occasionally for a treat. Used to be the reason people came to the mall besides shopping & to see who you can

My wife ordered a cookie cake for my birthday and wow, it was very tasty and made perfectly. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dessert

The brownies we had tasted like had been sitting out for at least 2 weeks. Staff was nice.

Mistake made, manager called me and corrected the problem.
My family has ordered two cookie cakes in the past week. Staff is extremely rude. I went to get my cookie cake at 10:52 and the male staff member never spoke to me just looked up and stared at me. I asked if I had to come back after 11 while holding my 1 year old and he looked at me like I was an idiot and nodded yes. Came back to get my cookie and no one said a word to me all while looking completely annoyed by a customers presence.
Called not even 24 hours before the party and they had me covered! Will use again!
