Went by today. Very disappointing location and experience. Asked for 4 double doozies and they said no bc they had "put the icing away". Not sure why they even bother having the item on the menu when their employees won't make them for paying customers. Must be really complicated to take icing out of the fridge I guess? I also asked if I could buy a cookie cake for my wife's birthday and they told me they couldn't make one and didn't have any except the display items. I came two days early to order the cake and couldn't get it. I don't know why they bother displaying cookie cakes when they won't make or sell you one. Off to give someone else my money now. From what we saw today they pretty much only sell chocolate chip cookies and drinks. The frustrating bit is I wasted time parking at and walking thru the mall only to see they can't really make or do anything here.

Ist the customer service is outstanding!!! I got the pecan chocolate chip supreme and they were the best I've ever ate!!! I will be going back for the oatmeal walnut raisin ?

I ordered a cookie cake on Sunday to pick up for today I told them I wanted a happy birthday cookie cake cookies black and white boarder and black and white writing. I arrived today to pick my order up and the cake wasn't right it had brown and white colors brown writing the entire cake was messed up. I proceeded to talk to the manager Caroline she was extremely rude she didn't apologize she told me nothing she could do but take 2 dollars off and she walked off and went in the office and never came back out. That was so disrespectful and unprofessional to do a customer like that because they messed my order up. They need to stop hiring rude managers because those cakes aren't cheap at all. She never tried to say nothing. I'm pissed but I won't ever return

The cookies are delicious and the service was fine. I was very disturbed that none of the employees were wearing masks. All had direct contact with the food yet did not have on masks. Though we are nearing the end of COVID. It is not over! The Cookie Co. was the only restaurant in the mall that did not require the employees wear masks. Disappointing!!!

My family has ordered two cookie cakes in the past week. Staff is extremely rude. I went to get my cookie cake at 10:52 and the male staff member never spoke to me just looked up and stared at me. I asked if I had to come back after 11 while holding my 1 year old and he looked at me like I was an idiot and nodded yes. Came back to get my cookie and no one said a word to me all while looking completely annoyed by a customers presence.
