Guthrie’s of South College

Went to have lunch with my husband here on 11/24/24 around 3:00. Walked in wasn't greeted at all by the (white) young girl working that day, she didn't have a name badge on. She finally took our order,with an attitude, we got our food 10-15 mins after that. Everything in the box was super COLD and OLD. Except the toast, that's the only part she cooked fresh. I took both boxes back up and told an older bigger (white) guy that finally looked out in the lobby after I have yelled for someone 100 times. I told him this food is not fresh and that I wanted fresh to order food. He said okay I'm cooking it now. So 15-20 mins later, the same girl walks out with the order put on the counter and tells my husband, she's sorry about that. Baby your not sorry about it, because you shouldn't be serving someone cold food in the first place. And Greg the Manager, I met you once at my job, very nice guy. I hope you get this taken care of, I was very disappointed about my lunch and my husband said he'll never come back here.

Went through the drive through and got the meal with 6 tenders. Payed over $16 and they only gave me 5 tenders and 1 sauce instead of 2. I am very disappointed :/

Stopped by to purchase two boxes which is our favorite. It consists of four chicken fingers, fries and coleslaw. The lady at the counter was very welcoming and was very polite. The chicken was prepared nicely and was freshly fried. Yes we will be returning.

Food is good when they’re actually open. Been to this location 5 different times and online says they’re open but when you get there they aren’t. Just go to the location in downtown Auburn because they will actually be open.

First of all, I like to give credit when it's due. The customer service was really good! With that being said, the food on the other hand, left something to be desired. The chicken tenders were really small ( I really didn't mind this), half battered and undercooked. The texas toast was overly salty-so much so that I had to throw half away. The sweet tea was just sweetened sugar water-very little tea flavor. The fries were also half done. I actually went somewhere else afterwards and purchased food because this was just so bad.

We had a wonderful experience at Guthrie's of South College. Coming in late from a ballgame, we were greeted with a smile and friendly staff. Our food was HOT, fresh, and delicious. We could not have asked for better.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 min. Would have left but it’s one you can’t get out of line once in it. After receiving my food and getting back to my hotel room had no utensils for the coleslaw and no straw for the drink. Horrible service. 1st and last time at this

This is how much food I got for $9 that is ridiculous. The line was slow the service was bad and they charged me extra for sauce. I could get more food and sauce at a concession stand in a baseball game for half the price. Never coming back here. Don’t waste your time and
