Waited in the drive thru for 20 min. Would have left but it’s one you can’t get out of line once in it. After receiving my food and getting back to my hotel room had no utensils for the coleslaw and no straw for the drink. Horrible service. 1st and last time at this

Never been here til tonight one person in the drive thru before we arrived. Went to drive thru and waited for 10 min til finally that same car got their order. No telling how long they been waiting. Normally people would be asked to pull up Instead of waiting for that long and a line building . That’s like restaurant

We called Guthrie's on College St as we were leaving graduation at Auburn University yesterday about 3:15. Within about 10 minutes we were able to pick up two large family meals to feed our friends and family. And as always, the food was great. We love their chicken fingers more than anywhere else in town!
