They do not accommodate unbreaded chicken tenders for people who are gluten and dairy free customers. Yall should accommodate allergies. On top of that, when I asked for unbreaded tenders, the chef came out from the back and yelled at me saying “WE ARE NOT DOING THOSE ANYMORE”. They previously have done unbreaded tenders for me every time before. Even if you can’t do them anymore, you can still be nice. Horrible customer service and yelling at a 19 year old girl is swooping real low in life.

I've been a customer and a former employee of Guthrie's. Even today, Guthrie's still outshines all the other's in chicken fingers taste, cost and customer service at the counter. They beat everyone hands down. Hello to all my friends at Guthrie's. God Bless you ALL

The chicken was pretty good, and I liked the texas toast, too.
We absolutely LOVED our experience at Guthrie's Chicken! The staff was incredibly polite, happy, and considerate. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and fantastic customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was fresh and delicious! If you’re looking for great chicken and even better service, Guthrie's Chicken was the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was super excited to try this place. all the hype for cold and hard chicken. The bread isn't even good like raising cane's. I spent 31 on 2 6 piece dinners and none of it was fit to eat. chicken so small and hard. Will drive the 45 mins to cane's before I drive 40 mins to this place.
So far, my favorite chicken finger place in Auburn chicken fingers are big and the sauce has a good kick to it and the fries were hot and crispy

I really enjoyed my food the manager that works there is the best he has Good Customer service. HIS name is Craig I just left there the food was excellent ?
The people that work here are rude and racist. I came here August 4,2024 at 2:20 p.m and walked to the counter and the cashier just put her finger in my face and ignored me .No one asked if I needed help so I sat down. Some white customers walked in and there were helped immediately by each of the employees .I don’t recommend to black minorities .

I overall enjoyed my visit but there is room for improvement that Guthrie's can make.
The pros:
The atmosphere and service were superb. It is always a pleasant suprise to find a clean restaurant and friendly staff that are available and eager to answer any questions or concerns. The cole slaw was fantastic (which is honestly hard to find) the crinkle cut french fries were crispy no at all soggy, and the toast is perhaps the most flavorful and buttery out of any fried chicken tender establishment.
The cons:
The chicken suffers from the same problem as Cane's; it is not at all seasoned and the seasoning is all in the sauce. Honestly, this was incredibly disappointing and it can be fixed by tossing the chicken into some spices after frying. The condiment list is also vastly lacking as there are only 3 choixes to choose from. Add some malt vinegar to the list and some different sauces for the patrons to try to create a nice variety.
Overall, I think it is worth a try but there are some improvements that the franchise can make to make the dining experience better.

Writing a review for a friend- she stated the customer service was bad, the lady taking orders was rude. They charge $1 for a 2oz cup of ranch. As you can see in the picture the ranch is half full so $1 for one ounce of ranch- ridiculous. One of the tenders was the size of a finger and looked like it was cut in half. They’re overpriced for the food and service. Once again, posting for a friend bc she doesn’t want to be berated.
