The workers are very rude young kids busting slack nobody wants to see that when I'm ordering food will never be back don't recommend

These were truly some of the best chicken fingers. I've ever had in my life and believe me when I say this. I've had a lot.The flavor was absolutely incredible and the sauce. It was just as good. The buns were fresh and everything was just hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend this any day.

Operational hours have been falsely advertised since the beginning of covid; understandable during a pandemic, but unacceptable years after. Prices are way up, quality is down, and its often closed at least an hour early. I've been turned away 2.5 hours before the listed closing time because 'business was too slow'.
Guthrie's has been my favorite fast-food for 8 years, but now its just a disappointment. I'll go to Foosackly's next time; cheaper, better, and open!

Please whatever you do do not go to this Guthries, I work close by and I’ve have been visiting this location for well over two years…and I can say in the last 6-8 months not only is the food dramatically gone done so has the service. This lady made me feel like I was a problem ordering food then when I apologized she had attitude..did I also mention I spent over $15 to get 5 chicken fingers that weren’t any bigger than the nuggets you get from chick fil lay…save yourself and go anywhere but here..I will no longer go here because it’s just always so bad and a rip off with service that makes you think your the problem…unreal

Food is good. Even though I’ve gotten chicken nugget sized tenders in the past. But charging 60 cents for a sauce that should come with my meal is outrageous and greedy. The one down town is not as greedy. I recommend going there.

I ordered through the Drive-thru. I asked for a cup of ice. It was half full. My food was cold when I got to my next stop. I also had hair in my food. The hair was black and curly. My hair is blond and very short. That was the last bite I took.I called and left a message. The manager called me and told me to come back to get a replacement meal. When I returned I got the same replacement meal I went inside. It was ready when I got there. I took a bite out of it before I left in front of two employees. It was a cold one. And also, even colder customer service. I told them I didn't want anything until I heard from management. I haven't heard from them yet. This was Friday the 5th. Today is Monday the 8th. No word from anyone.
Its hit or miss, sometimes the chicken is cooked. And, sometimes not so much so. Their sweet tea is good.

Wasn't impressed. Food came in buckets and no dishes. Chicken and fries weren't anything special. Grandkids only ate a little. Tables weren't clean. First time there, but I was on vacation.

Bee waiting at the drive thru window for 5 min. Watched the man grab himself a drink and avoid doing his job. Started closing an hour early. However, The lady with the short hair was really nice and apologized! Hopefully your experience is better than mine.
