We went through the drive thru after a home Auburn football game and the food and service were great. It was super fast and the staff was very friendly and eager to help! The chicken tenders were hot and tender! Would definitely go back and order again.

The food is great but the service is horrible and I’ll never return because of it. The I went in and ate and the GM has such a horrible attitude. I’ve eaten here twice every week for the last past two years and never had any problems with other management there. I will not be returning.

Learn what customer service is and when you don’t understand what was ordered verify it and not take an attitude with the customer when they try to clear it up! I usually stop at Guthrie's by tiger Town in Auburn Alabama after I get out of the hospital but lately the last couple of times that I have visit the food is very cold or it's been sitting there or they even microwave it it's not crispy the fries taste gross and I don't know what to say about anymore so I think I'm going to take my business somewhere else thank you for the good times that I did have with Guthrie's but not anymore

The chicken fingers are too small, they are the size of a nugget. They now only sell combo's, I liked it when you didn't have to purchase a combo. Great service, very polite.

Never again!! I ordered the sandwich meal, it came with no lettuce or tomato just drowning in sauce. The chicken fingers on the sandwich were died and shriveled. My fries were cold with dried ketchup residue on them. The entire meal went in the trash my money was wasted. Highly disappointed

Ordered 2 of their 4 finger combos. Box boxes only had 3 fingers in them and they were the size of a chicken nugget. Barely any fries. The picture on the menu showed toast as well. Which we did not receive. Will not be coming back
