I ordered through the Drive-thru. I asked for a cup of ice. It was half full. My food was cold when I got to my next stop. I also had hair in my food. The hair was black and curly. My hair is blond and very short. That was the last bite I took.I called and left a message. The manager called me and told me to come back to get a replacement meal. When I returned I got the same replacement meal I went inside. It was ready when I got there. I took a bite out of it before I left in front of two employees. It was a cold one. And also, even colder customer service. I told them I didn't want anything until I heard from management. I haven't heard from them yet. This was Friday the 5th. Today is Monday the 8th. No word from anyone.

Do NOT go to Guthrie's on South College! They messed my order up a week ago. I called the restaurant immediately after I got home and it has been a clown show ever since. I was made to call back on different days and talk to different people. Now they want me to go up there tomorrow and talk to their district manager. Seriously? Just replace the box of chicken fingers. I worked in restaurants for many years and I have never seen a guest be made to jump through hoops to resolve such a simple issue. Guthrie's last days are behind them, sadly.

Bee waiting at the drive thru window for 5 min. Watched the man grab himself a drink and avoid doing his job. Started closing an hour early. However, The lady with the short hair was really nice and apologized! Hopefully your experience is better than mine.

Wow. Just wanted to let you all know what terrible attitudes your employees have here today . Four at the counter not one smile , not one thank you. They all seem absolutely miserable. You have a fabulous product and reputation. This is truly awful. Not to mention the bag of sauce laying on the front counter with the open dispenser next to it . They all need new jobs not customer facing . Disgraceful. This is from a regular customer .

My favorite Guthrie's in Auburn. Benjamin runs a great restaurant. Very friendly and always clean inside. Never had a bad experience. Certainly appreciate the effort to deliver level 10 service.
