Good food - a lot of IHOP's operate poorly, but this one did a good job. All the food was enjoyable, and it came out super fast. The server was alright, but we did ask for a refill once and he blankly stared at us then left (never did come back with a refill).
Converting the former Fuzzy's Tacos into this makes for the weirdest IHOP. It's too wide open and loud. We took the last parking spot anywhere around the building but were seated immediately.

Server was either new or untrained. Got drink order wrong, we had to wait for the check, didn't check in except when we got her attention abount incorrect drink. Food was good, restaurant is newer and clean. Might be undersized during peak hours. Will go back.

We had breakfast and our service was very good, our food was good. Will come back for sure.
I stop by and want some whole wheat and then the manager came out and was so nice as she explained the changes to a healthy pancake that call protein and I was very impressed with the food and the staff definitely will be coming back excellent location!

Great food if you can get someone to take your order instead of walking by 6 times with a lot of waitresses and waiters walking around like they're lost

We went to the Menifee CA I HOP and at 6pm my husband ordered a steak dinner and it was not until we ordered that we were told they had NO vegetables but he could order a salad. When the salad came it was lettuce piles of chopped tomatoes and many slices of red onion. I asked if they had croutons and was told no. The mashed potatoes were a child size portion. I ordered a chicken quesidilla which was the least amount of cheese I have seen sprinkled on the tip of a stale tortilla, burnt poblano and red bell peppers. I tried to use pan coins on a child's meal and I told him I had opened it and that the code was there and he said no he insisted on doing it again and then there were 2 kids meals and he said oops sorry they don't refund it even though he made a mistake. I told him I had lost over 150 pan coins because when ever we try to use it the "system" is down. He offered no way to fix it and told me I could only use one. This was not the first multiple errors or bad food we have had at this location. We will not go back.

They recently decided to discontinue the gluten free pancakes. The only reason I went, their response to my questioning about why is hopefully you will find something else! Lol, there is no other reason to go to the international house of pancakes. 🙄 I know they won't miss me, but I hope they lose a lot of business over this.
