We went to the Menifee CA I HOP and at 6pm my husband ordered a steak dinner and it was not until we ordered that we were told they had NO vegetables but he could order a salad. When the salad came it was lettuce piles of chopped tomatoes and many slices of red onion. I asked if they had croutons and was told no. The mashed potatoes were a child size portion. I ordered a chicken quesidilla which was the least amount of cheese I have seen sprinkled on the tip of a stale tortilla, burnt poblano and red bell peppers. I tried to use pan coins on a child's meal and I told him I had opened it and that the code was there and he said no he insisted on doing it again and then there were 2 kids meals and he said oops sorry they don't refund it even though he made a mistake. I told him I had lost over 150 pan coins because when ever we try to use it the "system" is down. He offered no way to fix it and told me I could only use one. This was not the first multiple errors or bad food we have had at this location. We will not go back.

They recently decided to discontinue the gluten free pancakes. The only reason I went, their response to my questioning about why is hopefully you will find something else! Lol, there is no other reason to go to the international house of pancakes. 🙄 I know they won't miss me, but I hope they lose a lot of business over this.

We have been frequenting the IHOP in Glen Carbon IL since it’s reopening. Our experience has been great. Credit given to our sweet waitress Makenna C. She is the perfect waitress, she has a great personality and makes you feel so welcome. The food is great and being gf, I truly appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes and other menu items.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

War Eagle! This is a new location in Auburn, AL. Great job Auburn. This spot is in a great location and stays busy. The atmosphere is lively, fun and exhilarating. The waiting staff is busy, friendly and eager to help. From my experience, they work as a team. Ordered our food, it can quickly and tasted good. This was very welcoming experience because today's times are in disarray. Thank you for a great experience and great service!

Arrived to this location on Sunday, November 9th, and was seated at 3:33pm. The hostess was very nice and quickly found us a place to sit. We then proceeded to not even be seen by a server for almost 30 minutes to get our order started, while multiple employees passed by us several times to not even check in with us.
We remained seated until close to 4pm, when the Front of House manager or team lead proceeded to start cutting servers while business was slow, which is understandable in business practice. What IS unacceptable is not actively walking around the restaurant and looking over your customers to ensure that everything is OK. If you see persons that haven't even gotten drinks yet while still possessing, perhaps it would be advantageous to check in to see what the issue is, instead of cutting employees.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory
6 November 2025, our first trip to the new restaurant the atmosphere is designed for the college students, and that is fine . The open kitchen design makes it too noisy along with the way too loud audio system. The music was designed for younger students. The staff we personally interacted with were nice but in any hurry to take care of the customers. The food was good, just not as hot as it should have been. The cost was fair. I believe in the future, we will visit cracker barrel or waffle house. Also, they did not offer a military discount. Both of the other restaurants I mentioned do.
