I have went back to Jack’s twice in a row to correct my order in they still get it wrong. Not to even mention the portion size is not even what you pay for. I called in spoked to the manager in all he can do is say all I can do is replace it. When you personally handed me my order I’m told me it was correct in I done made 2 trips down there for nothing to be taken serious. New Management Please!!!

I’m normally not one to make reviews, but with the way me and my friends were just treated I have to say something. We came in to order take out and it seemed that no matter what we did we were getting yelled at by who I assume is the manager up front. I understand being stressed and having to make inventory at a job, but yelling at a customer for asking for a simple sauce cup is not at all acceptable. We also were not aware that they were out of biscuits until after ordering two dinners and were then told we had to pay extra for any toast. At this point we did not want to change the order at the fear of being yelled at. I understand inventory is important for a business, but that should not affect how your customers are being treated . Especially from a manager. We were scared to ask for anything that we may have needed at the fear we would be yelled at for it.
Our review is based on the drive-through just before noon. We were greeted nicely at the speaker as soon as we drove up. We placed our order very quickly. The lady in the window was very welcoming. We both ordered the big Jack combos. Mine was special as it was no mayo. They got it right. To me, Jack's can pull it off correctly every time while other chains never care or even try to get it right. The burgers are our favorite chain burgers. The meat has a nice seasoned flavor, and the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. The bun is also good. Yes, we will return.

Kemiah gave us fantastic drive-thru service with suggestions that multiplied the enjoyment of our meal. I recommend jack’s to every hungry individual in auburn. Fantastic service shout out to the drive through crew
