Our review is based on the drive-through just before noon. We were greeted nicely at the speaker as soon as we drove up. We placed our order very quickly. The lady in the window was very welcoming. We both ordered the big Jack combos. Mine was special as it was no mayo. They got it right. To me, Jack's can pull it off correctly every time while other chains never care or even try to get it right. The burgers are our favorite chain burgers. The meat has a nice seasoned flavor,...

Water or soda pop spilled in the walk and seating area. No one bothered to clean it up. They had placed and mop bucket in the area but customers were still tracking through the water.
