I appreciate the consistency of training throughout the chain for cross contamination when it comes to gluten free sandwiches. I enjoyed my gluten free regular roast beef and provolone sandwhich!

If you want your food made by someone who looks like they’re seconds from crashing out… COME HERE! So disappointed and safe to say a waste of money. Place was empty, I literally watched a couple walk up to the door and turn right around.

Wasn't the best but I guess It was on me because I ordered and went to the restroom. When I realized that the order wasnt correct it was already too late. Ordered Mike's way but there was only the veggies, no mayo or vinegar. Tasted like they put a little oil on there but the sandwich was fairly dry

The sandwich was good. Price was to high for size of the sandwich tho. Also wish they would have asked me did I want anything extra on the sandwich I told him the number I wanted a number 17 and they just made it and handed it to me I kind of wish they would ask if theres any other ingredient I wanted add. That was my second time ever ordering there so I didn't really know what to ask for.

I stopped here by chance and it was 100% perfect. Here we go…I was greeted when I walked in, bathroom is clean/working, I was directed on where to order, food came out fast, few words were spoken (already know the drill), got the cheese steak, got a thank you as I was leaving, and then proceeded to drive while eating it. This is where true talent shows in this experience. The filling and sammie were well packed…AND the wrapper was not messy, so I could peal it back and freaking marvel at how amazing it tasted while not battling a messy wrapper covered in cheese. Kudos to their team that day. Well done.

Went here around 3 this afternoon and the man with the tattoo around the elbow area was very angry he was working and expressed it to all the consumers very rude think you should look into that.

I hate that I didn’t get the two employees names but they were so kind and welcoming. My food was fixed exactly as I asked in a timely fashion.

Food was good.
Service was just crazy to me. Thru kept rushing me. Even though I said clearly 3 times. I was new and didn’t know. Every 3 seconds they kept asking what i wanted. They kept asking did i want more sandwiches. Even when I told all of them. Because it was like 5 people making my one sandwich. That I only wanted one sandwich.

But I’d come back. I’d just do an online order.

Service here was exceptional. Jordan delivers way beyond expectations and he will surely achieve great things in life.

Saturday around lunchtime, March 22 I stopped by Jersey Mike’s for the first time. I was welcomed by kind and professional gentleman. I was inquired about my preference for a hot or cold sandwich. I like it hot so The nice man showcased the menu of hot sandwiches and revealed his top recommendation, The Chipotle Cheese Stake. YUM! I 10/10 also recommend. I was delighted with my visit to the shop, the excellent service provided, and my Well prepared Delicious Sandwich. Thanks guys.

Post Tuskegee Homecoming Starving Vegan: Stopped into this location, and Clayton modified the Big Kahuna to meet my needs with no problem. The restroom was clean, and the sandwich was so good that I did not get a pic. Keep up the good work!!

Vegetarian options: Mushrooms. Bell pepper. Onions. Jalapeños. Wheat Bread. Yummy!
