We were in town for a couple of days and needed a place for lunch. Jim 'N Nick's was recommended by our hotel. BBQ from Alabama was high on my list and, oh by, was this the place! Sitting at our table, watching them serve another group with a full rack of ribs, I almost fell out. The 1/2 rack was double the amount of tasty, falling off the ribs, BBQ. Another of our group described the ribs and meaty, and they weren't wrong. Service was excellence, the place was comfortable, but the ribs.... Why talk about anything else. Oh, my bride had the loaded potatoes and was totally happy.

Food is great but I'm beyond concerned about the people working here! For 1 getting management on the phone is almost impossible!! I went through drive thru and I was double charged which isn't a big deal to go back& get refunded what my biggest problem is. Is that I do not tip on my card I always tip cash. Someone went in and added their own tip on my card.

The best dish I tasted here was the house salad! This food is poor quality and tasteless. Cheeseburger was dry. Quarter chicken was bland, coleslaw was fresh. The loaded bake potatoes were dry. The chicken and brisket topping were bland and dry. The collard greens were salty. Cheese biscuits are a watered down version of a corn muffin with melted cheese on top. This place is a poor attempt of a barbecue restaurant.

i am blown away at the service we received tonight!! we got sat with chasity and she was GREAT ? our cups were never left half full and she was very attentive and funny. she hooked us UP with the cheesy rolls ? ask for chasity!!
