Please don’t eat here! The inside of the restaurant was decently clean, but had a strange sour smell. The staff were okay. My drink had a smashed bug on the lid and the sandwich wrapping had one on it as well. I was really disappointed, I love JJ so much.

Located in downtown Auburn right next to Mellow Mushroom, it's a very convient and quick sub-style sandwich shop. The food has good flavor, there are plenty of options, and best of all, it's very fast.

Contractors beware. We are an HVAC contractor that was hired by Seth Anderson at this Auburn location to do repair work on his equipment. After many attempts and repeated emails, texts and calls we have not been paid for our services. It is very sad when people can’t be honorable enough to just say they are broke or in hard times and can’t pay for the work. I have been in hard times before and know it is not easy to admit failure. Anyway as God forgives his children I too forgive you Seth and pray that one day you will be able to pay us for the work we did. God bless and I do hope you don’t do this to anyone else. 🙏

The first time I came here, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I decided to give them another chance today, and the bread was completely stale, which made the whole sandwich inedible. I used to work at Jimmy John's in Houston, and I would never serve a sandwich like that. I will not be giving them another chance. On the bright side the cookie was very nice, but we don't make those on site.

worst jimmy john’s ever. i would never go here again. this was my second time going and they didn’t even have lids or damn bread for sandwiches…. the workers are clueless and do not care. service sucks and no white bread for sandwiches. i highly recommend going to another sandwich place in auburn!!!

Every time I order online for delivery. It is "not freaky fast". Not only that, order is wrong or incomplete. So long"freaky fast", incomplete, and wrong orders is the standard for jimmy johns in Auburn,AL. GOT IT!

My sister and I stopped here for me to have dinner. I was hungry, my sister wasn’t 😂 I ordered the Totally tuna sub sandwich on French bread 🥖$9.84 (no drink). It was filled with cucumbers 🥒, lettuce 🥬 and tomatoes 🍅. It was yummy 😋 I knocked one star down as they do not have the option to toast my sandwich. This is the only way I like eating my sandwiches. The employee told me they plan to get a toaster soon to offer toasted subs. I’m happy to hear that.
There interior of the place is bright, spacious and clean.

Not sure how this location is still open. The food was good but the place smells like sewage. We had to take our food to go because we couldn’t stand the smell.
My review is very mixed, overall the food is good and they stay open until 3am which is helpful. A year ago I tried going there twice in one week and the staff where there but just lounging around and closed like 6-7 hours early while just refusing to serve. Now it seems like quality improved a lot and I've been going more recently.
Recently I ordered online and there was a very nice new girl there, there was an issue with them running out of bread but she was super nice and apologetic. She refunded my order and gave me a free cookie.
A couple other times I've gone and my order will be wrong (Slim 4, its literally just bread and turkey). Another time I went and my order had cheese it wasn't supposed to and there was guacamole smeared on a lot of the packaging and sandwich like someone got it on their gloves. Someone on the staff was also blasting loud mumble rap on the speakers.
Overall, they seem fast and efficient, the food is great, some of the staff are absolutely amazing, and others don't take their job seriously at all.

Absolutely yummy! The worker had my order prepared when I got there, it was my first time there and I loved the atmosphere. Absolutely going back for lunch again next week!

Not only did they get our sandwiches wrong, but when I asked to sit at a table inside, the general manager informed us that the tables were only for to-go orders, despite the restaurant still being open and absolutely no one being in the restaurant. This lack of flexibility and customer service really detracted from our experience. We won't be returning. I would never recommend
