Every time I order online for delivery. It is "not freaky fast". Not only that, order is wrong or incomplete. So long"freaky fast", incomplete, and wrong orders is the standard for jimmy johns in Auburn,AL. GOT IT!

My sister and I stopped here for me to have dinner. I was hungry, my sister wasn’t 😂 I ordered the Totally tuna sub sandwich on French bread 🥖$9.84 (no drink). It was filled with cucumbers 🥒, lettuce 🥬 and tomatoes 🍅. It was yummy 😋 I knocked one star down as they do not have the option to toast my sandwich. This is the only way I like eating my sandwiches. The employee told me they plan to get a toaster soon to offer toasted subs. I’m happy to hear that.

There interior of the place is bright, spacious and clean.

Not sure how this location is still open. The food was good but the place smells like sewage. We had to take our food to go because we couldn’t stand the smell.

My review is very mixed, overall the food is good and they stay open until 3am which is helpful. A year ago I tried going there twice in one week and the staff where there but just lounging around and closed like 6-7 hours early while just refusing to serve. Now it seems like quality improved a lot and I've been going more recently.

Recently I ordered online and there was a very nice new girl there, there was an issue with them running out of bread but she was super nice and apologetic. She refunded my order and gave me a free cookie.

A couple other times I've gone and my order will be wrong (Slim 4, its literally just bread and turkey). Another time I went and my order had cheese it wasn't supposed to and there was guacamole smeared on a lot of the packaging and sandwich like someone got it on their gloves. Someone on the staff was also blasting loud mumble rap on the speakers.

Overall, they seem fast and efficient, the food is great, some of the staff are absolutely amazing, and others don't take their job seriously at all.

Absolutely yummy! The worker had my order prepared when I got there, it was my first time there and I loved the atmosphere. Absolutely going back for lunch again next week!

Not only did they get our sandwiches wrong, but when I asked to sit at a table inside, the general manager informed us that the tables were only for to-go orders, despite the restaurant still being open and absolutely no one being in the restaurant. This lack of flexibility and customer service really detracted from our experience. We won't be returning. I would never recommend

This location is horrible; plain and simple. The customer service is non existant, the staff is rude as can be, the location is not 24 hours like it many others, and many times they are only accepting cash as a payment. I do not need to go in depth so explain how sketchy all of that is. My advice is for this business to fix their model and training or they will continue to lose customers and gain more negative reviews online.

Jimmy John’s delivery service is horrible and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I ordered delivery twice within the last two months. The first time, my order took 1.5 hours to arrive. No delivery should take that long. The second time, I waited 45 minutes before calling the store. It's now been an additional 20 minutes since I called, and my order still hasn’t arrived (1.25 hours total). Whether it’s a staffing issue or something else, they need to improve.

I had an outstanding experience with Trey’s customer service! He promptly refunded my order, apologized for the delay, and arranged for it to be sent out with a different driver. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out!

Ordered from doordash. Experienced delay but Trey was an excellent communicator -- transparent, courteous and kind! I hope he gets a raise! Driver was also pleasant. Overall, a great experience in customer service!

Terrible service. Last week, I ordered a sandwich for pickup via their app. Upon arrival at the store, there was a sign saying they were out on delivery and would be back soon. I waited 20+ minutes, and ran out of time and had to leave. Unfortunately you can't cancel on their app, and I couldn't call the restaurant and have them cancel because no one was there. The corporate customer service number sent me to a voicemail. I filled out a complaint online, but never heard anything back. I hope you enjoy the money you stole from me without giving me my refund for my food you couldn't make.

What a disaster!! I have ordered delivery from this location NUMEROUS times and, once upon a time, had a good streak of experiences where my order was delivered in a timely manner and was correct. However, more often than not the service is terrible these days. Calling to get status updates is usually a fruitless effort because you are UNREACHABLE! Today, my order still hadn’t arrived after being an hour late. No one would answer the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me if my order wasn’t here in an HOUR OR SO, to call back I was also told that in some cases, orders will show as delivered, when they really aren’t. What kind of customer service is this? My office is near their store and easy to find. There’s no reason I should have to wait 2hrs for a sandwich ?

For the record, when I finally received my food, the order was WRONG. I had the wrong chips, and the sandwich was missing items. Plus, my drink was warm and had no ice. The cup didn’t even have condensation so I know there was never a point at which it had been cold. And I have had experiences where they didn’t even bring part of my order and no one would answer the phone at all. It’s frustrating because I enjoy their food and I pay for it to be delivered and tip the driver since I pay online and I think they should be compensated but now I don’t think any of them should be. I don’t think asking someone to their job is unreasonable.

I ordered a #2 Big John (that's roast beef) with added veggies and sauces, asked for the bread to be left in and to cut in half.I got somebody's BLT (add turkey) sandwich with the bread removed not cut in half. So whoever got my sandwich, enjoy I guess. Unfortunately for me I don't like bacon.
