“Freaky fast”More like freaky won’t ever come for delivery. Waited over two hours before trying to cancel my order for delivery. Would not order delivery from here if my life depended on it. Order received but not made, sent for delivery, or delivered. There is no way they are that busy to not be able to deliver for 2+ hours for a SANDWICH. will never be ordering from this location again. Double charged my order to never receive it at all. $31 for a sandwich (charged twice) to never even have it delivered. Ridiculous to say the least.

From placing my order to delivery at my door… 2 hours 58 minutes.I’m never the one to complain, since I know how difficult working in the food service industry can be, but almost 3 hours for quick-service food 0.7 miles from your home? Come on, now.About an hour into my wait, I called up the store and used a kind and respectful tone to double check my order did not get lost. Even though my attitude was kind and understanding, I was immediately met with a sour tone over the phone, as if she was annoyed that I was even calling the store.I was told that all orders were out for delivery, and there was only one driver. 2 hours later, my “lunch break” food arrived.I used to order Jimmy John’s all the time due to its affordability and speedy delivery, but not anymore.This is NOT normal!!!!

Your hours of operation are terrible. Consider copying Carbondale, IL store footprints. Smaller college town that does way more business than here and isn't closed at 2 pm. on a weekday.

World’s slowest delivery. Regularly takes 2+ hrs. Sometimes they’ll immediately mark it “out for delivery” and just sit on it. Busy is fine, short staff is fine, but you need to communicate with your customer and not leave them waiting. And definitely don’t leave it on the ground when you’ve already gotten a tip.

Jimmy John’s…. What is this??? I ordered a Vito add lettuce and onion. Was told they were out of lettuce. Ok. Like 4 slices of one of the meats that come on the Vito, onion, and mayo that I didn’t order. $9 for this? Be serious.

I would encourage never ordering delivery from this Jimmy John’s. The workers decided to group for orders with delivery address is near each other and drop all of the food off at the same location. After about two hours we had to drive up to the store, where the workers then proceeded to act like we were the idiots in the ones being stupid. The workers then remade the sandwiches and handed drink cups. The problem with that is the soda machine wasn’t working on the original order. There was a delivery fee and tip paid for that money was never refunded even though we had to drive to the store to get the food. At the bare minimum the delivery fee and tip should be refunded if we had to do the job of the delivery driver for them but if we were doing the job of the delivery driver, shouldn’t we get paid that tip and delivery fee from Yall since we ordered delivery and you couldn’t deliver it correctly. Most Jimmy John’s are pretty good and fast. It must just be the owner or manager of this location.

Don’t waste your time ordering here for delivery. Both times took almost 2 hours to arrive and sadly the order was also wrong both times.I ordered at #11 club and it showed up as just mayo, ham, and bread.Uber Eats is unable to help and when you call the restaurant they just tell you “it should arrive soon”

Food is good but the prices are outrageous, the food was falling out of the bun, which could be good if half our time wasn't spent stuffing the filling back in. Two of the three sandwiches were missing cheese.The main guy was super friendly, the sandwich maker barely acknowledged us or even mentioned when the food was ready, another group had to ask about theirs.

Around lunchtime on 7/28/2023, I had a hiccup on my part with unexpected weather. A female JJ's employee went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix it even though it was my fault. I was honestly blown away when she called me to deliver my food with a smile. I wasn't having the best day and this kind act just warmed my heart. The food was also great, the bread was fresh and salt n' vinegar chips were crispy and tasty. Will definitely be reordering from this location.
