When I arrived at the store the door was locked. No one was in the drive thru or inside, so I placed an online order for my son. The order time was 9:08pm. The order was estimated to be ready at 9:15pm. I pulled up at the window and the young lady asked that I pull up and she will bring the order out. I watched from the parking lot and saw there was no sense of urgency with completing the order at all. I know it was late and staff was probably tired, but it was a painfully slow wait. The young lady did not come out to bring my son the order until 9:35pm. She came out the side door accompanied by another co-worker. They seemed so caught up in their conversation and neither seemed to have any urgency to give me the food. I literally had to tell my son to get out the car and retrieve the food. The food was warm, but it was not freshly hot as you would assume it would be especially with the long wait time. Despite it all, my son enjoyed the food but the wait time for the food was painfully slow and took away from the experience. During this whole time, no other customer even came through the drive thru. I don’t suggest anyone go to KFC late at night unless you have the patience to wait a long time for your food.

I had the best experience at this KFC today, February 15th! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with huge smiles and a warm welcome. Shirley, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and genuinely happy to have us there. She was super patient while we decided what to order and even happily swapped menu items when we asked. The level of service was beyond what I expected – it felt more like being treated as a guest than just a customer. Honestly, this KFC deserves a solid 6 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food and exceptional service!

The worst chicken I've had in the US. I don't know if it's just this branch, but I don't think I'll ever eat KFC again. The chicken was soggy and not as good as home made. It's tough and hard. The coleslaw was the best.

Since C-19 I've been to several fast food chains and I'm over getting my money that I work hard for and don't get what I pay for. If you're dealing with food in fast food everyone should be masked. Talking and breathing, spitting over people's food is unexceptable. The food you're serving should shut the stores down. Half cooked chicken trickle all kinds of health issues. I want my Money back and will never be back! Hire some people that care about the food they're serving to others and Pay them. These days, you get what you pay for! At this point I'm calling out everybody that choose to play with my Food and my Money!

I waited over a year, and thought I would try this place again. Bad mistake! This was the most God awful food I ever ate. It was old, chicken was like rubber and the mac and potatoes have no flavor. For 50.00, this was a joke. Shame on you serving that to people.

Chicken was terrible. Did not taste like KFC. The breast had no golden brown color. It was fatty, salty and greasy. Seem like the grease was old.Why is the lobby closed so early?
