The doughnuts here are rarely good. I don't know if it's the oil or what, but it never tastes like other Krispy Kremes. We rarely go here anymore.

Never has anything in stock. Beware placing orders online. If they can’t fulfill the order they also tell you there’s no way to cancel it. Ive only tried to go to the store twice and both times have not had anything as advertised online. Only original goazed

Drive thru was weird, usually you have to drive around. This drive thru is only accessible from the drive through side. Once I saw this a car came in, one at the speaker and one at the window. Waited 10 min to order and 5 min at the window. The gentleman taking orders and filling them was nice, but was running the counter and the drive thru, and also filling orders. There was another employee in there, but I just watched her walk around and not help. He stayed professional the whole time and stayed in task.

This place hardly ever has donut more less anything fresh. The sign is always off, their inventory is minimal (always) and half the time the drive through is the only thing open. DO BETTER!!!

I've been here twice, a month apart. They didn't have DONUTS either time due to broken machines. It's KRISPY KREME, how do not have DONUTS? Was hoping to use a coupon we got in mail.

So disappointing for customer service. I ordered my donut through Online app and already paid. They said they don't have donuts i ordered and can't even refund the order in store. Also the guy keep saying i have to contact to Credit card company to cancel it. Why should i contact card company to cancel the order which was cancelled by store's fault and wasting more my time. No option to cancel it through Online app also.
