Stopped by Krispy Kreme for a dozen original glazed — the classic. Got through the drive-thru, paid, and was handed the box with zero mention that anything was off. Thankfully I opened it before driving off… because the donuts weren’t glazed at all.
Turns out the glaze machine wasn’t broken — it was just operator error. They forgot to actually glaze the donuts and didn’t bother to check or say a word. Sure, they refunded me, but the whole thing was a waste of time and a disappointing experience. If you’re going to serve unfinished product, at least let the customer know. Unacceptable for a place built on glazed donuts.

I love Krispy Kreme, so this review is hard for me to write. When we arrived at the drive-thru, we were told to come inside because they weren't taking drive-thru orders. No big deal. We walked inside and proceeded to wait more than 20 minutes because the single worker was making donuts. Given his circumstances, I understand he was stressed out, however, he was incredibly rude. I wouldn't bother visiting this location.

Went in today, my first day inside... I was left standing at the counter for 10 mins; just went in to get a iced coffee. No one acknowledged there was customers inside at all.. The cook/assistant manager was yelling about his personal negative life problems.. safe to say it will be my first and last visit.
My partner and I went tonight. Hot sign was on, got excited for nothing. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before ordering. We got our donuts and they are cold and hard. What is the point of the hot sign being on…

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes before finally being served in the store just for the manager there to answer his phone in the middle of taking my order and to add another 10 minutes of waiting for my donuts. I would've had no problem if it weren't that the donuts were stale. Save your money and time the management here can't even make the customers feel welcome.

I went today with a PREPAID certificate for a dozen glazed. My boyfriend handed it to the lady at the window and she rolled her eyes and brought it back saying she couldn’t use it bc “the system was down”… it was already paid for but refused to give them to us and told us we could just pay. Horrible customer service and this is coming from someone who was worked in the service industry and drive thru.
