Went in today, my first day inside... I was left standing at the counter for 10 mins; just went in to get a iced coffee. No one acknowledged there was customers inside at all.. The cook/assistant manager was yelling about his personal negative life problems.. safe to say it will be my first and last visit.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes before finally being served in the store just for the manager there to answer his phone in the middle of taking my order and to add another 10 minutes of waiting for my donuts. I would've had no problem if it weren't that the donuts were stale. Save your money and time the management here can't even make the customers feel welcome.

I went today with a PREPAID certificate for a dozen glazed. My boyfriend handed it to the lady at the window and she rolled her eyes and brought it back saying she couldn’t use it bc “the system was down”… it was already paid for but refused to give them to us and told us we could just pay. Horrible customer service and this is coming from someone who was worked in the service industry and drive thru.

I went to the Auburn location last week the hot sign was on ! Got excited for nothing I get to the drive thru they do not have annyyyyyy original glaze donuts at all ! They only had 3 types of weird donuts on hand ! This location is never up to par ! The hot sign never on and they never have regular donuts just weird
Drive through speaker was either barley audible or blaring in my ears Worker kept yelling “the milkman hasn’t come” when I said I couldn’t hear him I was given the complete wrong order and when I corrected it the worker rolled his eyes at me I went at 7:30am and the doughnuts were somehow already cold and stale Terrible experience

I hate to admit it, but it's not what it used to be! They almost never have whatever is the special. For example, when they have cinnamon rolls available. Also, there's absolutely no personality in the people that talk to you. They're just going through the motions. It doesn't have that fun atmosphere. We used to get, excited for the hot sign.,
