Need a custom cake? Carolyn the cake decorator does wonders! WOW! She recommended the moist yellow cake, and I asked for sprinkles all over. Her handwriting on top was beautifully fancy. We picked it up on a Sunday, and my daughter and friends devoured the whole cake that night. Kroger, hold tight to that Carolyn. Here is the right answer when a customer asks for the Kroger employee to enter her alt ID during a pandemic instead of the customer putting her hand inside the grimy key pad holder: "of course, please tell me your number." Today not only did the checker point me to the keypad and look exasperated when I asked again for her to enter my number, the same thing happened at the customer service desk. Step up the service Kroger. I come to you over Publix but it's getting harder.
