Ask to park to wait for the order (12 cheese krystals) only to go and park. Waited for over 5 min (and they wasn't busy). Went in to find the lady JUST starting on them when I came in and showed the receipt. That type of service is sad for such a simple order. So since she was rushing once she saw me the cheese was not melted and cooked all the way and the burgers were thrown together. I know it's Krystals, but come on for adults, high schoolers could do better.

We had been driving all day and was craving some chili cheese fries so we stopped in at this location. The service was spectacular. A younger man made sure we had everything we needed while a young woman asked us about the quality of the food. The kind older woman that made the food was quick and super friendly. We enjoyed how welcoming the staff was. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Krystal. They all need a raise.

Over 45 minutes to be served a combo meal in the drive thru. Staff was condescending and rude when we finally went in to ask what was taking so long. Person who was emptying trash was also working on food prep without washing hands. Manager was rude and only offered excuse of being shorthanded. No apology or discount given.

Service was really slow. One poor girl was working in the back by herself while the other girl just stood up front wrapped in a purple blanket, playing on her phone. There were no other people in the lobby and the drive thru was empty except for me. But the order was right, even though my burgers were cold. Understaffed can only be used as an excuse, if the staff that are there are working.

Love it, the employees are great and the restaurant is clean
Our junkyard fries were super cold and the color of the chili was black instead of brown, didn't even eat them. The burgers were good though!

Order was completely wrong. The workers there are very unprofessional and have zero customer service experience. Talking to them is like talking to a 6 year old with no home training. They couldn't comprehend a simple order. The manager Mikayla and Rhonda is just as worse. After speaking to the store manager I have no idea how they got hired let alone a managerial position. I'm all for supporting people but I'm never supporting ignorance. I hate to say it but there was a male employee in the background instigating the issue instead of fixing it. This generation is doomed and after. They will not see another dime from me. And no it's not a kid friendly atmosphere!
