Poor service, the food was disgusting, and looked disgusting. The bread was soggy. I waited in line 20 minutes only to get my food and had to go back through the line and wait another 15 mins bc I was missing some stuff they forgot to put in the bag. The girl at the drive thru window had an attitude. At this point the only thing I can see yall doing is shutting the doors for good. Krystal’s use to be a great place to eat at. Smh

I came by during the night shift tonight, and the experience was incredibly unprofessional. The employee working tonight literally walked from her car to the drive-thru to take my order, clearly not where she should have been during her shift. I came to pick up a DoorDash order that included kids’ lemonades, and instead of offering a simple solution like sizing up the drinks into a larger cup, the employee told me to let the customer know they wouldn’t be getting a drink at all. When I politely suggested sizing up to avoid that, she reacted with a nasty attitude, grabbed a handful of cups, and threw them everywhere, claiming there were no lids, even though I saw a stack of medium and large lids by the window. Her energy was aggressive and unprofessional, and she clearly wasn’t interested in helping or even listening. I ended up just leaving. People like that shouldn’t be in customer service.

Ask to park to wait for the order (12 cheese krystals) only to go and park. Waited for over 5 min (and they wasn't busy). Went in to find the lady JUST starting on them when I came in and showed the receipt. That type of service is sad for such a simple order. So since she was rushing once she saw me the cheese was not melted and cooked all the way and the burgers were thrown together. I know it's Krystals, but come on for adults, high schoolers could do better.
