I came here recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I didn’t enjoy the dish I ordered, so I politely asked if I could switch it for something else. At first, the server told me no. When I asked if he could check with someone higher up, he came back and told me that I needed to “make sure I order something I will eat” and that they would only allow a change “one time.”
As a paying customer, I found this response very unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that restaurants may have policies, but there are better ways to communicate them. Instead of making me feel accommodated, the way it was worded came across as condescending.
I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not how a guest should feel when dining out.

Giving a three stars overall not terrible. Service was great. One lady server has an attitude issue. I will say I had regular burrito w rice and beans and immediately got sick. Knew it was the food of how much better I felt after throwing up. The owner was very polite, therefore not a management issue just probably ate the wrong thing!

Tried Laredo Mexican Grill for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Victoria did a very good job taking care of us. The restaurant has decent atmosphere and is very clean. The prices are very reasonable and had just about any selection one could ask for. The presentation of the plate was fair. We found the food very good however it was lacking seasoning to our likening.

Laredo is consistently good. Cheese dip with chorizo recommended.
Their prices are reasonable, and not all dishes are created equal, but Laredo is consistent and that’s why it has been a repeat for myself and friends for many years.
The wait staff rarely makes mistakes, and in the few occasions they have, they make the corrections quickly and kindly.

The SOUPIEST enchiladas I’ve ever had! Oh my goodness! Yuck!
Run of the mill Mexican restaurant that serves up average meals at a decent price. There’s not much more to say honestly. Got a steak burrito and it could have been so much better was simply just same ol’ same. Cheese dip and chips were pretty good. Service was nice. Take it or leave it to be honest. Nothing special but not bad either.
Steak all burnt and cold and hard and gross. Suck suck sucks.
I recently had dinner at Laredo Mexican Grill, and it was absolutely delicious😁 I don’t remember the exact names of the dishes we ordered, but one was a fajita, and the other was a chicken salad. Both were flavorful and satisfying. The fajitas were perfectly seasoned and served sizzling hot, while the chicken salad was fresh and had the perfect balance of ingredients. The service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty meal👍

I love it here! Honestly my whole family loves it here, everyone is so kind, the food is always delicious and fresh. They have great portions and they have recently added a lot of yummy drinks and appetizers to the menu!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! They have a kids menu, and they are always sweet to the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp up onto the sidewalk from the large parking lot, and has two dinning areas that are spacious, and the tables in the center of those rooms are able to be moved if needed.

Really disappointed in the service tonight. Took a really long time to receive food and it was cold by the time it made it to our table. Saw our waitress 3 times the hour and a half we were there.

Loveeed my chimichanga! Excellent service, clean eating areas and tables. Impressed! Great queso too.
The ONLY negatives: my margarita was too strong (haha) and the bathrooms could use some cleaning/updating. The dust on the fan was disgusting. I asked the waitress if she could please deduct the marg from my ticket because it was really stiff & not good and she handed me a to-go cup and said I could take it with me. There were cops in the booth across the way.. of course I'm not doing that!
