I waited 30 mins for a slices and sticks pizza for my little girl.. that’s the only reason I waited that long. The man cooking the pizza was a mean slow asshole that had the worst customer service ever! After 30 mins I asked for a refund and he was like it’s right here but it’s whatever and started getting hostile because I asked for a refund. I will never come back to that lil ceasars ! The only nice person was the cashier.

Pizza was alright, but not one of the employees making food were wearing gloves, all while rubbing their hands on their pants and scratching their heads. Very unsanitary. Literally scratching their hair then bare handing the ingredients onto the pizza. Gross.

Please for the love of God, please do not eat at Little Caesar's on 1621 SOUTH COLLEGE STREET AUBURN,AL 36832. We only go there because the kids love the cheese sticks there. I bought my family some food from there and when I was eating with my two kids, my oldest took a bite out of her cheese stick and found a staple inside her food. It cut her lip just a little bit but ended up spitting it out. I ended up calling customer service to let them know. I was assured I will get a call from the manager and get my refund. So later I get a call from the manager Tony Moyer. He tried to act sympathetic about the situation but won't take accountability that the staple was done by his employees. It felt like he was accusing me of putting the staple in my own daughters food. I told him that he was wrong and need to take accountability of his workers leaving nasty objects in my food and he then began to question my morals and asked me what I did for a living to switch it around. Tony Moyer has no right asking personal questions regarding my life and questioning me like I put the staple in my own food. I hope this message gets across Little Caesars corporation and handle this cause this was so unprofessional and very wrong. Also he told me that he was not going to refund my money when clearly the conversation didn't go his way cause I didn't accept his half way apology. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!
