When I arrived for a pick up order five minutes after receiving confirmation it was ready the food was nowhere to be found and not a single staff could be bothered to tell me where my food was or how long it would be. Just left mid conversation.

I love Little Ceasars but I placed a large order ($50+) for the National Championship game. The delivery is handled by Door Dash and when I went outside to get my order from the Dasher, it was a cup of ice cream from Sonic. The Dasher was very nice and apologetic but did not speak English. He had left my order somewhere else. I called the delivery support number and they don’t have the ability to have the order redone and delivered so I have to wait until someone calls me from Door Dash this week to find out if they are going to refund my money. I tried to call the store and got tired of waiting on hold because I am hangry. 🤬
I waited 30 mins for a slices and sticks pizza for my little girl.. that’s the only reason I waited that long. The man cooking the pizza was a mean slow asshole that had the worst customer service ever! After 30 mins I asked for a refund and he was like it’s right here but it’s whatever and started getting hostile because I asked for a refund. I will never come back to that lil ceasars ! The only nice person was the cashier.

Cheese Crust Pizza is really delicious. It's great for the price. I would like to recommend it. You can order in advance through the app, and the staff is friendly. I will keep ordering. I don't like pizza haha. It's full of cheese, savory and soft.
