LiveOaks has a great location and atmosphere and offers amazing specials and food. However, the lack of service on behalf of their servers makes the overall service experience unsatisfying. I have eaten at LiveOaks many times, and regardless of if they are busy or not, I am left waiting over an hour to receive my food. In addition to this, the servers are often absent and never check-in on customers, as I have been left waiting 25 minutes for a drink refill, many times. LiveOaks...
We put our name in for a table (everything was on waitlist) only to have a family walk up and immediately get seated. The young women taking names and seating people was very rude and too busy talking to patrons to pay attention to customers needs. Luckily we found a table at the bar where the bartenders were very good!
I had the Pan-Seared Tuna and Seafood Pasta at LiveOaks, and both were absolutely delicious 😋 The pan-seared tuna was tender and cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining soft inside. Though there were a few slightly chewy parts, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The flavors, textures, and seasoning were all spot on. The seafood pasta was perfectly balanced—not too heavy or creamy, but with just the right amount of spice...
