Restaurant is absolutely adorable! We were so excited to have Sunday brunch a Lucy’s! However, the service was very slow and waitress was less than attentive. Three meals came out and our waitress was not visible. When we finally saw her at another table we inquired abt the 4 meal. It arrived shortly after. Definitely don’t recommend the chicken and waffles. They were served w a hair. Waffles aren’t fresh. Bacon on the Rise and Shine was burned. Would have ordered a coffee but waitress wasn’t very available. Quality of food and service are lacking!

The food and service were very good. I would have written a very nice review but the 3% service fee to supposedly pay the “Heart of House” really annoyed me. How about you pay your own employees the 3%. Tipping is already out of hand and now we have restaurants adding mandatory service fees to pay their employees. No thanks. I guess the waitstaff will be getting 17% at Lucy’s going forward.

I had the worst birthday experience there . My boyfriend took me to this place for my birthday bc it was different & elegant not knowing the establishment would racially profile us. Made us sit outside in the cold , also the food was terrible . Desert didn’t come out til 45 mins after we’ve eaten dinner already . Zero stars !! I would NOT RECOMMEND !!

Excellent drinks, excellent food, the appetizer board was phenomenal!! Deserts were out of this world!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything, except the small round chairs. They are horrible. Especially for people who are not petite!! Mr or Mrs. owner, please get rid of these chairs.

The food was amazing, and the restaurant had a clean, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. However, the service was not fantastic. Our drinks took a long time to come to the table, we waited over 15 minutes for a Michelob Ultra and it didn't even come out in a glass. Additionally, multiple waitstaff repeatedly asked if they could clear plates that still had food on them, while our actual waitress rarely checked on our table. The food was great and staff was very kind, but the service felt disorganized.

Excellent fare, pleasant ambience; however, staff should be more considerate of patrons visiting for the first time.

Diner beware. If you book reservations and have to cancel with AMPLE time (24 hours) in advance , they will charge your credit card $25 PER PERSON. That was an uninvited surprise on my credit card bill this morning. Ironically, there isn’t anything on the brunch menu that is priced at $25- so they clearly just walked away with $150 without having to serve one person. Seems to be a pretty poor policy for a restaurant with a normally hefty wait time.

Terrible reservation cancellation policy. Charged $150 ($25 PER PERSON) on a reservation that was cancelled 24 hours beforehand. I could see a $25 cancellation fee, but $150 is excessive. Ironically there is not anything on the brunch menu that is even $25, so they basically got $150 without ever having to serve one meal or wait on one person. I hope they will make this right, because we were trying to be courteous since it was a high volume weekend, but I guess 24 hours isn’t good enough for them.

Ugh. Went with family for brunch. I ordered a frozen espresso martini. They were on the menu. They were not serving them. I ordered the burger. They were not serving the burger. I have a seafood allergy and they really didn’t have many options for me. The server was less than helpful.

I have gluten/dairy allergies and told waiter before we ordered. They proceeded to bring out all of our food covered in cheese and and main course in gluten gravy. Wish they would take this more seriously.

Lobster Pot Pie was a huge disappointment at $62. 😳
Went to celebrate Thanksgiving and my birthday with my daughter. Not our first time as we both love the Cajun Oysters(Worth ever penny btw) But we decided to splurge for the occasion with the pot pie. Basically a decent corn chowder with a fancy phyllo top. Had to order truffle fries (also always a good bet) because even though it was "for the table" it was barely enough for two not counting the over the top phyllo. No discernable lobster and certainly not enough for what you pay. Throw a claw or at least a decent chunk in there. Price point should be half or less for what you get. Looks great arriving at the table but sort of downhill from there. The oysters will always bring us back. Just didn't want you to make the same mistake we did.
