Customer Service and Reservations are a DISASTER!!! Tried for months to get a reservation graduation weekend for party of 9. Emailed/called numerous times and was told to call back 30 days prior to event. Called 10:30 in the morning (30days prior) and restaurant was completely booked. Guessing reservations are only for the select. After reading other reviews it seems to be the case.

We went for my aunt's birthday brunch and it definitely gives a strong brunch feel. I had the lemon blueberry pancakes with fennel seed bacon. Their iced coffee was very good too. Just the right combination of cream, sugar and coffee. I had an alcoholic drink with lavender in it and it was so good. You could barely taste the vodka in it. If you'll like a fancy brunch feel at good prices , I recommend it.

What an exquisite yet relaxed restaurant. Drinks were creative and delicious. Food was divine. Recommend the truffle fries, maple brussel sprouts and the dessert board. Our waitress/bartender, Caroline, was sweet as sugar and very helpful.
Great meal, beautiful space, service was truly exceptional, our waitress Caroline Joy lived up to her name - When we go back we will call ahead to see if we can request to be seated in her section - Fantastic evening, thank you Lucy’s!

We celebrated my father’s birthday at Lucy’s and had a lovely dining experience. Allyson was our server and she was honestly one of the best servers we have ever had! My entire family thought so too. She was sharing specials and I asked her to go to my parents side of the table since they could not hear her. From that moment on she was so kindly attentive to my dad and his questions. She was absolutely incredible and made our night.I would highly recommend Lucy’s and sit at Allyson’s table!The only real. I gave it 4 stars was because it took a long time for us to be greeted by anyone when we sat down and drinks took awhile too. It’s just nice to have someone say hello so you know you are seen and get drink orders in…. That’s when the fun begins. ?

My husband and I went to Lucy’s for brunch this afternoon. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess and informed of a 15-20 minute wait. We ultimately decided to sit and eat at the bar. I ordered the shrimp & green chili grits. The texture, flavor and taste were good, but not great. My husband ordered the juicy lucy burger and an old fashioned. He said his burger was overcooked and not enjoyable, but his old fashioned was good. He ordered a second old fashioned but the bartender never gave it to him. We quickly ate, paid our tab and left. An extremely underwhelming experience and we will NOT be back. We felt the bartenders were disingenuous and it appeared they were providing the other bar patrons (that did not look like us) with optimal service. Our service was noticeably subpar. I wish we would have read the reviews, because unfortunately we are not the only customers that had a similar experience. Do better Lucy’s.
