Ordered pizza and after 30 minutes late from said delivery time, am told that Door Dash is delivering my pizza. I never ordered thru Door Dash. Door Dash driver won’t get out of the car to deliver pizza, so I have to go in rain to get it. When I call this store to ask why Door Dash is delivering food, they tell me they are short staffed and using them to deliver food. And, they accept no responsibility for how food is delivered, and I will have to call Door Dash to address, even though I ordered it thru Marcos. Poor Customer service .

Tonight was the 5th time I have received an order (from this location) that was 45-60 minutes later than "promised". I actually did not want to order from Marcos but did so for my mom who is moving away. I ordered HOURS in advance, in hopes that would help them adequately prepare and MAYBE my order would arrive close to the 5:30 requested delivery time. At 5:18 I received an email stating it was out for delivery. At 5:45 I waited 8 minutes on hold to see if my delivery drive was lost. He was actually the person that answered my call and said he'd be delivering it soon. Our pizza's arrived at 6:15, room temperature, at best....and with the incorrect topping on one. Very disappointing. Definitely the last time I will give them a chance.

Never really had a huge issue with this location. The food is spectacular…honestly! And the service is never really all bad most days, they are a bit slow, but again the food is great so it’s worth the wait. The problem I have is the fact that during the week it says they are open until 11 but I just called at 9 to place a pick up order and they weren’t taking orders anymore. It just sucks bc we work through the night and look forward to eating good food late. Y’all have to change your store hours to 11 or change them to 9 on your website, that was a disappointing tease…just sayin.

I ordered pizza from the N. Dean Rd location in Auburn, AL...There was a bit of a problem with the delivery of our order. I called the store and they were the nicest young men anybody could have asked to have worked with. They were polite and even brought us fresh pizza back to our house after closing time, to make what happened, right. When the guy brought me our dinner back, he apologized and told us to have a blessed night! I was very impressed and grateful for their professionalism. They are rare in customer service these days! Thank you :)

There was a time when Marco’s on Dean Rd was our go to if we had a pizza night. We spent many years enjoying the fun fundraiser nights they’d do where our kids could decorate boxes and the folks working there were always so nice and helpful. It seems those days have gone. Our last few experiences have been very disappointing. Long delivery times, incorrect orders, and if we’ve had to call for any reason, despite my being kind and respectful, I’m met with outright rude employees. I know that good employees are hard to find and harder to keep- just sad that Marco’s has fallen so far!

I have had issues with this place before. Cross contamination, rude general managers, and now I placed an order online Friday night. It’s about 20 minutes passed delivery time. I called the store and the guy tells me there general manager turned off online orders and set everyone’s orders back. Wish I would’ve known. I’m never eating here again.
