I am not sure how to explain my experience except to say it felt like a reality show called Where Did My Pizza Go. I ordered a large all meat pizza and was told it would be ready soon. Then I heard ten more minutes. Then five more minutes. Then another ten more minutes. At this point I started wondering if my pizza was being handcrafted by wizards in the back because it should not take this long.
After waiting around forty minutes I finally asked what was going on. That is when I was told my pizza had been lost. Not burned or dropped. Lost. As if it had grown legs and walked away to start a new life.
They offered to make a new one which would take another ten to fifteen minutes. So I waited again and watched the same delays begin to happen with the replacement. That is when I asked for a refund. I thought this was a normal request but apparently refunds were not on the menu. I was told I could only get store credit or another pizza. The employee even smiled like this was all part of a comedy sketch.
It was a busy Friday night but only two staff members seemed to be actually working. One was rushing to add sauce and the other was trying to top the pizzas faster than they were being ordered. Someone called for help at the counter and the person who could help acted like his delivery was more important than the lobby full of hungry customers.
Overall the visit felt more like a sitcom than a pizza pickup. Funny to look back on but definitely not the experience anyone expects when they just want dinner.

Normally Marco’s is great. Tonight we ordered a half and half pizza. This is what we got (see picture). The toppings and cheese had clearly slid around. It doesn’t even look appetizing.

good pizza and wings but do not waste money on buying dipping sauces. they consistently leave them out, in both delivery and pickup orders. smart business strategy I guess because I mean whos gonna make a credit card dispute over a 50 cent item.

Wonderful gluten free pizza! Once or twice it’s been overcooked (I’ve eaten here many times!), but I’ve never had a problem getting a pizza remade or credit if there’s a problem, you just have to ask it be made right. I’ve had it delivered once or twice to a local location with no problem, but usually take out. Place is small but clean, friendly and helpful. Best of all, if you like to order the same thing each time they can look up a previous order by your phone number and just duplicate it. Love it!

I cancelled my order due a poor customer service. The cashier was sitting in then her coworker made her stranded up,she took our order with a rude attitude after that she went outside to smoke. Was she working or taking her break?

Ordered pizza and after 30 minutes late from said delivery time, am told that Door Dash is delivering my pizza. I never ordered thru Door Dash. Door Dash driver won’t get out of the car to deliver pizza, so I have to go in rain to get it. When I call this store to ask why Door Dash is delivering food, they tell me they are short staffed and using them to deliver food. And, they accept no responsibility for how food is delivered, and I will have to call Door Dash to address, even though I ordered it thru Marcos. Poor Customer service .
