The quality of pizzas from this location are more consistent than the other two in the area, which is appreciated, but to the franchisee: for the love of all that's holy, set ACCURATE closing times! At best it seems completely random, and at worst it seems intentionally deceiving at this point. Marco's has a corporate website, a corporate online ordering system, and it's on you, the franchisee, to make sure what's set for business hours there reflects reality, not fiction. It'd be nice if you kept your Google business listing up to date at the same time, but at least the website would be a start.
Ordered pickup, food was ready on time, it was delicious, and the coupons available make the price perfect. No complaints, highly recommend for someone looking for a pizza that's a few steps above the typical delivery joints.

My wife ordered 5 pizzas at 6:00 PM to be delivered by or around 7:00 PM. The charge went through, she left a tip for the driver. 7:40 rolls around, still no pizza. On the app it shows delivered. She called this Marcos location and was told they made our pizzas, but the drivers never took them and now they were cold. They apologized and stated they would make her new ones and refund her. She came to pick them up, was spoken to very rude by the manager who explained they never made the new pizzas and they could either refund the money or make new pizzas, not both. We had 15 people waiting at our house for food that was never delivered, all of whom are Marcos customers, all of whom won’t purchase food from them anymore. I’d rather drive past that Marcos to another pizza place just so I don’t have to deal with rude incompetent people.

Made a very large online order at 7:15 and the email stated it would be delivered by 8:30. The online tracker would not update to show where the order was in the process but that’s not a big issues. I called at 8:15 and was told it would be another 45 mins that they just started on the order. I called AGAIN at 8:50 and was told my order was “dispatched” and should be delivered shortly. At 9:40 when the order STILL had not been delivered i drove up to the store, which is a 10 min drive from my address to be told that the driver left the store 10 mins ago and should be there shortly. I asked how many orders he was delivering and was told our order was the only one he was delivering. I complained to the store because again it’s been nearly 3 hours from submitting the order they can’t give an answer of when I would get it and they just shrugged their shoulders. I headed back to my house and got a call stating that when I called and “added stuff to my order” (which I never did) it added our order to someone else’s order. They offered to remake the order which I told them I wanted a refund because again the delay in getting it delivered. Spent another 20 mins on the phone with a manager who couldn’t figure out how to do a full refund because of their screw up. After another 15 mins of being on hold the manager stated that she figured it out and would also give me a $20 credit to that store. Highly disappointed in how it all was handled and left my friends and 4 kids hungry.

FYI they apparently stop taking orders at 9:30 at both auburn locations. Opelika took my order with no problem.

I really loved the food. I would most definitely recommend this spot to anyone in search for some good pizza.
Always hot and delicious! We use the pick up window. Pizza is always fresh out of the oven!!!
Generally yummy tasting pizza that is mostly on time. Always do pickup so I don't know what delivery experience is like. Service inside is not always super attentive or cordial. Could use some work in that regard. I keep coming back though so it's not that big of a turnoff.

-0!!! Terrible service!!!! I understand it’s busy communication goes a long way. Cancel my order due to the staff standing back talking vs talking to customers. Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I will give little ceasers my money any day

We've primarily bought pizza from this location since it opened- I've ordered many pizzas with no issue in delivery. Last night they failed to deliver the pizza- I saw a missed call and when I called them back I was told no one answered the doorbell and the driver couldn't find my house (not sure which it is) and so they canceled my order. I asked if they were going to make it right by sending another pizza as I had a sitter and kid at home hungry and she said "I just told you that I canceled your order so you have to order it again". No I don't and I won't ever order a pizza from Marco's Shug Jordan again- the woman was incredibly rude and spoke down to me. Lost a loyal customer over not making it right over a $20 pizza. Poor business management
Pretty please work on your customer service! Takes less than 10 seconds to acknowledge someone. Busy or not, you should greet your customers. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes before finally going inside.. waited another 5 when I decided to speak up. There were two other ladies in there waiting that felt the same way and were frustrated as well.
