We've primarily bought pizza from this location since it opened- I've ordered many pizzas with no issue in delivery. Last night they failed to deliver the pizza- I saw a missed call and when I called them back I was told no one answered the doorbell and the driver couldn't find my house (not sure which it is) and so they canceled my order. I asked if they were going to make it right by sending another pizza as I had a sitter and kid at home hungry and she said "I just told you that I canceled your order so you have to order it again". No I don't and I won't ever order a pizza from Marco's Shug Jordan again- the woman was incredibly rude and spoke down to me. Lost a loyal customer over not making it right over a $20 pizza. Poor business management

Pretty please work on your customer service! Takes less than 10 seconds to acknowledge someone. Busy or not, you should greet your customers. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes before finally going inside.. waited another 5 when I decided to speak up. There were two other ladies in there waiting that felt the same way and were frustrated as well.

For some reason Hungry Howies did not open until 3 PM yesterday. We thought that we would give Marcos on Shug Jorden a try as it is close to our place in Auburn Al. The service was excellent. The lady on the phone was helpful in placing our order. She said that it would be ready in twenty minutes. We arrived early and it was ready. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had both heard about Marcos being good and were anxious to try the pizza. We got the thin crust delux. We found it to be very dry and it was just lacking. It appeared to be prepared right but to us it just fell short of our expectations.
Parking: There are several handicap parking spots at the door with easy entry.

By far, Marco's pizza is one of the best places to eat it. Love it. Customer service and night supervisor of last night was very rude. And ugly. Not professional. And up on me telling her, why are she acting so ugly to her customer and she said. You're not my customer. You are a said no. I'm your customer. You don't have to act. I ugly because I did not see the. Sign on the door state event. You must use Drive through so I vidrotate the encounter. So even if I was a Dasher. This is how you treat dashers. This is unacceptable and to be a manager or a supervisor to do this to anyone. It's not Godly To have. Someone someone come to your business.I will put the video up. Truly love Marco's pizza But. I won't be going back.

This is my son and daughter-in-law's favorite place to order pizza. It's my 2nd time eating here and it hasn't disappointed me yet. We ordered the special 2 large w/ one topping. We chose a cheese, sausage pizza along with an order of cheese sticks. All of it was delicious ?
