This is my son and daughter-in-law's favorite place to order pizza. It's my 2nd time eating here and it hasn't disappointed me yet. We ordered the special 2 large w/ one topping. We chose a cheese, sausage pizza along with an order of cheese sticks. All of it was delicious ?

I placed a pickup order for $25. I went to pick it up and I had a $50 bill to pay with. The first cashier was apologetic and told me that they couldn’t take the $50 bill because they don’t have change. I asked if I could add more to my order so that the change back would be less and she went to ask to the manager. The manager returned and flat out said no and there was absolutely nothing that she could do. They should have a sign or something on the website stating that they don’t/won’t accept cash. Or at least be willing to allow changes to the order. This is ridiculous.

I recently visited Marco's Pizza and had a delightful experience. I opted for a to-go order and chose the small All Meat Pizza. The flavors were fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal? The service was prompt and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience?I must note that I ate the pizza about an hour after I purchased it, which might explain why the cheese wasn't stretching as it would right out of the oven. However, this didn't diminish my enjoyment of the pizza in the least. The quality of the ingredients and the savory combination of meats made it a satisfying meal?In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I captured a video of my visit, which I've shared. It's important to appreciate that the deliciousness of a pizza doesn't solely rely on the cheese stretch, but rather on the overall taste, and Marco's Pizza excelled in that department.?I would highly recommend Marco's Pizza to anyone looking for a tasty pizza with great service. I'm looking forward to returning for more of their mouthwatering offerings. Thank you, Marco's Pizza, for a wonderful dining experience! ??

We waited for 40 minutes and it turned out the pizza had been sitting on a shelf the whole time. Cashier basically said "too bad". Won't be going back here.Regarding the response below, the feedback form just links back to webpage for ordering. There's no way to give feedback through the Marcos website.

I had an awful experience . I placed an order for carry out. I went to pick up my order and went through the drive through . I payed with a card and was asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no thank you and drove off. 4 hours later I receive a phone call from Marco’s stating that they didn’t receive a payment for my order and that I needed to come pay for it. I explained that I did in fact pay for it and was offered a receipt. The manager said that they did not see a payment and that I needed to come back and pay by 11:00 pm tonight .I pulled up my bank statement to make sure that the payment was processed and it was. Poor customer service . We will not be going back .

Called at 15 minutes to close and was denied service. I’m personally in the service industry and to serve means being available for hours of operation. If Marcos can’t honor their own hours why should I believe they can deliver on anything else? We stay until the last guest is satisfied. If your Thursday evening means so much to you? Don’t represent a company that makes promises that they clearly don’t deliver on. I buy this places over marked pizzas several times monthly. Guess my money is better spent elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks Marcos on Shug Jordan Parkway. Boooooo
