We got the Italian, the roast beef and club wrap. The Italian was amazing and so was the roast beef. My son did not like his wrap. The cashier was very personable and polite. However.. you can see into the kitchen while you are waiting in line.. the cook that came to make our food had long frizzy hair that wasn't in a proper ponytail and no hat. Not very appetizing. But we will most definitely be back!

Very unhappy with this experience, we have done dine in and delivery with this location but this was the first time doing take out and i will probably not be returning. After ordering it took 50 minutes to get out food and we finally went up and asked them and they had just forgotten about it. We also ordered a slice of their peach cobbler cheese cake and the lady said it was rang up as carrot cake but she would fix it and we still got carrot cake which the person who ordered it was allergic too. very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered a veggie sandwich with veggie chili and cucumber/tomato salad. The sandwich had cucumbers on it that tasted like they were old. I almost puked my entire breakfast up it was so bad. The chili was by far the worst I’ve tasted ever. I was so disappointed as this was my first time eating here and I am literally sick to my stomach.

This was honestly the worst sandwich I have ever had and I waited 45 minutes for it. Half my sandwich was one thing and the other wrapped separately was something different. If it was possible to give 0 stars that would be the rating. I deserve a refund for my 19 dollar meal.

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at McAlister's Deli in Auburn, Alabama. I ate my food before I found black mold in the blackpepper shaker that i put on my food. By the time i noticed it i had already ate my food. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of care for food safety. I will never return to this location and urge others to be extremely cautious. This kind of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment serving food. McAlister's Deli needs to address this issue immediately.
I have been eating lunch for the past few weeks here, trying every thing from a Chef Salad ( Which was out of this world good) to my new( not on the menu favorite) The Cuban Sandwich (just ask for it by name) I get mine with little horseredish. The people and their dedication to making sure you are not only served but also happy. The Value of the food is great by itself but when become a member of their rewards group it that much better.
