This is without a doubt the WORST McDonald in auburn. Every single time I go they’re either out of sauces,can’t take orders for whatever reason,line is always backed up,my food is cold or the order is messed up.i just left and literally sat ok the drive thru for 25 minutes,no one was at the window for just that long.and when they finally came,they gave me cold fries.im done.just close down

Definitely wasn't a very good experience. My stepbrother ordered a mcchicken and got a completely different biscuit. I ordered a plain biscuit with jelly and didnt even get it. Had to go into the restaurant to get it only to still not even get the jelly.

Food is McDonald’s food but i was sitting in there eating and they locked the doors so people couldn’t get in to order and then when people came up to the door and I opened it, they were irritated. It’s just weird to try and close at 1 pm in the day and expect everyone to just leave lol.

Workers in and out of the establishment talking with friends instead of doing their job, On their phones, Can’t get a simple order correct, Waited over 20 minutes for a chocolate milk.I don’t understand how people like this are getting hired in the first place but this younger generation that doesn’t care about doing their job correctly should aught to be ashamed of themselves.
Staff is really slow, took me nearly 30 minutes just to get my food just to find out the order was wrong and items were missing

I’m writing to express my frustration with the 224 W Magnolia Ave location in Auburn. Something seems to go wrong every single time I visit — whether it’s employees not working during operating hours or meals being made incorrectly.
But today really takes the cake. They were somehow out of cheeseburgers — at McDonald’s, of all places — and then refused to serve the four McNuggets that were part of the meal. It’s consistently disappointing and has reached the point where it feels like basic quality and service standards just aren’t being met.
I hope this issue is addressed, because this location does not reflect the McDonald’s name well.

they are always OUT OF ICECREAM☹️ and they don’t have a soda machine you have to go up to the counter to get a refill which is lame. and their tv is way too loud.

We waited in the drive through for 30 plus minutes and it wasn’t like they were packed either there was 3 cars in front of us and they didn’t have milkshakes. Also told us at the drive through they only had sweet tea and water so I order a sweet tea and when we finally got our food they told us they didn’t have ice and only had water so I paid for a drink I never got overall terrible I should have left and got cook out.
