If I could rate service a negative star I would. Genuinely the most unpleasant service you will ever experience. Everything takes forever and they will legitimately cuss you out for expecting the most basic effort of customer service from them. Worst McDonald’s you will ever go to hands down. Its McDonald's, but this location has the worst employees. They don't care. When yiu have employees that dont care, the food is going to be bad. Stale, hard bread. Unsanitary. Flies everywhere. Im not playing it's BAD. High-key its got a bad aura too, like your spirit aint gonna sit right if you stay too long. Good luck.

It is, of course, a McDonalds, so if simple fast food is all you want, then it’s a safe bet. The problem, however, is that the employees would rather eat broken glass than take your order and the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since Auburn’s last National Championship. Was initially going to dine in, but decided to get take out because I much prefer it when my eyes remain unbruised and my bones unbroken.

These are the kind of people that hate working at McDonald’s, and make it everyone else’s problem. I understand hating it, I really do, but being unkind to people who are just trying to order some food isn’t the way to handle it. I am always kind to everyone when I am out to eat, but this is a place that, for some reason, I never get kindness back. Even simple requests get met with attitude and rude glares. When I place an order online, and they are sold out of an item, they yell at me as if I should have known not to order it in the first place. (Don’t bother ordering any desserts, or trying to use the dining room drink machines. They’re always out.) I am always uncomfortable with them snapping at me and always leave feeling as though I did something wrong, even though I didn’t. These are the type of people who will walk into someone else’s place of work and expect excellent service, but won’t give it out themselves when they’re working. I’ve been frequenting this location for about three years due to its convenient location, and it’s taken me that long to speak out. Spread more kindness, life is short. Even just a simple smile could change the trajectory of someone’s entire day. Thanks for reading.

I went to place at 10:30 pm with a mobile order and they told me their system was down. They then said that I can’t order anything because they’re out of fries and all food. I asked what I should do about my order and they just stopped responding. It was obvious they were lying to me and it was super unprofessional. Save your time and go to another McDonalds.

My experience with the workers at this location have been very consistently negative. I know that they definitely have it kinda rough being in a college town right next to the bars but come on. It doesn't matter how polite I act towards these people they still act as if I am dirt beneath their feet. The food is still pretty solid and really cheap though.
