Clever Balloon

I've come here multiple times only for them to close the dining room early and I'm outside right now not being served in the drive thru when they claim to be open 24/7. I've had multiple issues with them just closing early. Also several times it happened where I ordered the larger size of a mcflurry and was given the smaller one and when I asked they told me they were out of larger cups in an attitude as if it was my fault. No offer for a refund for the smaller size or offer to give me two or anything. I would have been fine if they at least had the respect to tell me "hey sorry we only have small cups" but I suppose that's too much effort. Over and over again the service has just been horrible. Why does Chick Fil A always have the most dedicated workers ever and McDonald's only hires people who hate working?

THEY WILL PURPOSELY SAY THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED WHEN YOU PULL UP 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT THEY CAN LEAVE IN TIME!!! NOT COOL!

Defintely among the worse mcdonalds I've been to. The night shift, though clearly unhappy to be there, provides fresh food and order accuracy so well that it negates any negativity from the lack of customer service. Day shift however, consistently makes mistakes with orders, the employees are not only unhappy but incredibly rude, and can't even provide warm food. I'm not sure if this is a day/night manager problem, but it's consistent. After receiving cold fries we walked back in to get hot ones. They gave us a second container of fries, these slightly above room temperature instead of stark cold. Considering all we ordered was chicken nuggets and one container of fries... This shouldn't have been an issue. The dining room is also locked every time we come, despite it being during the hours the dining room states it will be open. The employees openly use profanities and slurs against customers when mistakes are made in the kitchen, and we request simply what we have ordered; the bare minimum.Edit: Yet again, terrible. We received two Dr.Peppers that had no syrup in them, and asked if we could just have a different drink so they wouldn't have to change the syrup bag with a line. The employee at the window had been rude, and then her manager comes. The manager looks at us and yells "Well I don't know what you want me to do. All of the drinks are going to be the same." They will not all be the same, as each individual soda has its own syrup bag that runs into the machine and is diluted with the seltzer water. They make us pull foward and wait about 5 minutes for the two large sodas, then the employee hands them to us, gives us a dirty look, and walks off. Cmon man.

I went to two McDonald's today. The first one was on Opelika rd. The line was 5 deep and not moving. Most customers were driving off. I got out and went in. It was worse on the inside. People were sitting and standing waiting on food. I left and went to the Auburn location on Magnolia. They gave me the oldest food they had. Had to be fro. Lunch. It is now 4:00. I didn't even risk getting sick.

Night shift very unprofessional, I sat in line 15 minutes waiting in my mobile order at the speaker, another employee who wasn’t even on duty told me they closed at 11. I pulled up at 10:45. No one ever said anything, I even pulled up to the window and they just walked by like it was nothing. Change your hours. Employees outside smoking weed instead of making food

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Visiting from out of town. Ordered breakfast. Coffee tasted like Luke warm water. My son got the big breakfast with hotcakes. No fork. No syrup. No jelly. No butter. Everything was just kinda warm. No one to be found when I picked it up to help out. Just overall nasty.

Food took Forever!!!! When all I ordered was a cheeseburger and fries!! No napkins in sight, mess all over the floor and counters. The Lobby was filthy. Drink area looks like it hasn’t been touched all day. Saw that employees weren’t wearing gloves. My fries were almost cold and not cooked properly. My burger was cold. Ice didn’t work for drinks. They never called my order number. Just threw it up on the shelf. Then had to ask for ketchup and salt. Nothing displayed for customers. Heard employees say make drive thru orders first. Took about 15 minutes to get food. Only one employee made eye contact with me. She was halfway nice. Broken kiosks. Trash was full. HR will be called. My order was done in and they put it in a bag. But left cause it was nasty in the lobby. No clean place to sit.
